Ok so as I'm understanding it, Brennan didn't lie, he made a mistake and the judge is instructing the jury on the facts of the holes. A whole lot of extremes by the defense about nothing very earth shattering really. AJMO

Assuming the jury is fed up? Wasted a lot of their time? That is her opinion to make a point, clearly. The jury knows they are there for the day, unfortunately they are not getting the whole truth at all. Important truth. horrific. IMO

He was always expecting to do that, and he made that known. It's tactical to respond to the defence case, at the appropriate time, ie - when and if the defence raises it.

We've already seen the defence changing their case from last year.

The prosecution isn't there to prove a case they aren't presenting, like bringing all the house occupants in to ask 'did nothing happen that night?'.

It’s wild to me that she acts like sidebars are not needed. It feels like she doesn’t respect Karen’s constitutional right to a fair and unbiased trial IMO.

unbelievable......Brennan can go on and on and on about the weight of a dummy arm...and now after an extra day off...she wants to rush the defense because she can see that the jury is fed up.....and then she tells the jury that every effort will be made to rush things along....I have a hard time believing what I am hearing.....

it is in the testimony, not cut out, it is in re-cross by Brennan. Law and Crime went down for about 1-2 minutes at the very end of his cross then went to break right away.

And another thing Judge Cannone you’re there to ensure the defendant gets a fair trial and is able to fully defend herself and her life not baby 12 plus grown adults who are there to perform a civil obligation
