The judge needs to admonish Brennan at this point. I can’t she just allowed that exchange. Dr Wolfe is interrupted by Brennan while answering, he says can I answer the question, Brennan says NO, defense has to object. Then he gets to answer. This is so frustrating to watch.

In the eyes of those watching and especially the jury, the CW is digging their hole deeper and deeper.

She is not stopping and reading case law when she sustains an objection in the middle of an attorney speaking. It's not necessary to be an apologist for her, or at least use actual FACTS to do so. JMO

Exactly. Talking about unrealistic aspects of ARCCA’s setup when Welcher did things that would make his experiment even further from reality. But it’s always rules for thee and not for me with Hank, IMO

I love that Hank is focusing on trying to establish an iota of reasonable doubt in the defense's case. However, I believe that is a bit backwards.
