Well I'm just getting caught up on ARCCA guy's direct testimony.

That Test E (in the ARCCA presentation) the crash dummy was hit in the arm (which was less than the weight of the victim's) by the tail light area of the vehicle, at 29mph.It proved everything the prosecution, on their direct case, says happened.

In ARCCA's Test E the tail light explodes into shards flying outward everywhere and the victim was spun around. If the dummy hadn't of been suspended by a crane the momentum would have certainly set it flying back landing to slam it's head on the ground, AJMO.

Why would the defense even put this on as it proves the prosecution's case? If I was a juror I'd be wondering that🤔

A few things you may be overlooking:

Did you see the DAMAGE to the rear of the Lexus after Test E? It had extensive damage, which is not visible on KR’s Lexus.

We saw the video of KR’s Lexus being loaded on the tow truck bed and there was only a 6” x 2.5” piece missing from her taillight.

Sgt. Barros testified he only saw a small piece of taillight missing from KR’s rear right taillight.

ME testified that his body did not appear to have been struck by a vehicle

Dr. Russell testified that his injuries were inconsistent with a vehicle strike

I know I’m missing more, but this is what springs to mind. Don’t forget that Dr. Wolfe’s experiments were not done to show injuries to the body, but whether or not they could duplicate the damage to the KR’s taillight by backing into a person. Dr. Rentschler will testify to the damage to John’s body.

I can understand some people not wanting to believe in a conspiracy or corruption, BUT when folks find themselves discounting lots and lots of exculpatory evidence, it makes it seem like confirmation bias has set in. Just MOO.

Thank you to all who have been posting in Sandra Birchmore’s thread. I hadn’t paid much attention to that case because KR’s was getting so much more attention. The info opened my eyes to the level of corruption happening in Norfolk County. I would encourage anyone on the fence about this case, read about Sandra Birchmore. It will break your heart. Moo

I learned something new today... did anyone know there was holes in the back of the sweatshirt?

I went back to look again, but we can't see where Brennan is point to on the sweatshirt.

Wolfe said they are not consistent with road rash.

My first thought... a dog pulling at the sweatshirt... but no idea where the holes are.
Notice that Brennan didn’t leave it up for more than 5 seconds and almost covered where he pointed, allowing not one juror to see the holes.

The CW are under no obligation to disprove every piece of speculation the defence can come up with. The data shows the high speed reverse and the defence agree its proximity in time (and thus place) to within seconds. The only person who can confirm exactly where the reversing started from and finished is the defendant - but she is falsely claiming on video that she did not reverse.

I also note that BA and BH have not testified in this trial.

IMO/MOO
No.
When RN's car group saw her vehicle at the intersection and let her go first, all three in his car group testified they saw 2 people in that her vehicle.

They were seconds behind her.

When they pulled around her they each testified she was alone in the vehicle with the dome light on. She was alone. WHEN could she had reversed and finished??

Brennan wanted the shards of tail light to move backwards??? And so embed in sweat shirt?
He wanted them to actually move faster but they don't.

He also wanted the arm to push into the tail light as the car was still moving backwards... but..

It's moving with the arm Sir. (according to Wolfe)

On a superficial level, yes, the video of Test E looks very similar to what the CW have described happening in the pedestrian strike. Almost chillingly so.

But with a proper analysis of the damage the test shows very different damage to the interior of the taillight which doesn't match KR's Lexus and also no damage to the sweater, which the CW are claiming was pierced by taillight shards.

Thank YOU! I forgot to mention in my earlier post that the internal components were NOT shattered in Experiment E, the 29mph test. KR’s twilight’s internal components WERE broken. Another inconsistency….

YES... he had his back facing them as he pointed to them and showed Dr. Wolfe.

Why wouldn't you want to show the jury?

Mr Brennan, please show me a paper where objects can move faster and then turn a corner by themselves!

Yes, and Jackson should have reminded the jury about that again today, I am sure it will come up in closing statements, or maybe Rentschlar's testimony?

The diffusers inside had no damage or very little damage. I think the 29 mph full on hit, caused a small crack. I would have to go back and look, but it was definitely not consistent with KR's tail light.

I would like to see what the tail light looks like lit up if those diffusers are badly broken like KR's.

Another point to consider in these tests is that the diffusers in KR's tail light were badly damaged. During the crash tests, the diffusers were pretty much intact and working. Diffusers work to spread the tail light bulb light into the whole tail light area. We saw KR's tail light lit up when she backed into JO's car in the driveway at 1 Meadows and also when being loaded onto the tow truck.

Alessi wants to address something...

putting on evidence gloves...

  • #593
Anyone else having flashbacks to the OJ trial with the gloves?

MISTRIAL REQUEST!!!!

Anyone else think Brennan got help from Welcher for his recross? There is no way he got to those questions by himself today, when he on Friday didn't even know which letter in the equation was 'mass'. Methinks he spoke with his experts… MOO

Brennan... sustain. Brennan... sustain. Hate this. Dr. Wolfe doesn't hardly get a chance to say anything during re-direct.
I wonder if this is as frustrating for the jury as it is for me. If so, it will probably come out well "in the wash".

Alessi is so dramatic lol

She will never grant a mistrial... Alessi is doing this for the record IMO

he is submitting photos from evidence of the sweatshirt.
