MO, if the dummy wasn't suspended it would have been propelled outwardly from the force of the contact. It was only the tether that kept it from doing so. That test was a big eye-opener for the jury into what actually happened to JO. AJMOHow would it have CERTAINLY slammed it's head on the ground? It could have been flung back and landed knees first, hands first, hands and knees first, feet first, back first. There's about 20 different options that wouldn't include "slamming the head on the ground"
ETA: None of these options matter because he wasn't hit by a car. JMO
