It wasn't a complicated question yet Brennan had to ask her three times and the judge had to instruct her to listen to the question before she would answer him.If HB had listened to her, she said with that head injury he would be deceased within 15 minutes or so, so no way he was lying on a cold lawn in the snow for 1-2 hours before he died. HB just keeps trying to confuse witnesses with unfounded theories and thinks he's 'proving' something.
Turns out she finally agreed it was possible for a person to be alive for two hours and have a body temperature of 80 degrees after a total of six hours in sub zero temperatures.
