So I watched the rest of TBs live after Alan Jackson finished because I wanted to hear what he had to say about Higgins. TB drove down BH's street in Cape Cod as a passenger in his friend's car and Higgins happened to be outside of his house. TB described Higgins as having lost weight, but not in a healthy way, more like a stressed out kind of weight loss. Higgins recorded their car going by and ran after them in pursuit. Along with the video that Higgins took, you can hear BHs voice on the recording, "Get the f***** outta here!" Higgins then sent the video to a social media influencer who posted it. LOL.

Why would he send it to a social media influencer to post?

I have a false memory of calling in sick yesterday. So I must have called in.

The Defense said they choose to call Dever as a witness as strategy. They knew what they were doing.

No longer will anyone lie under oath. It was what is now explained away as a false memory. I did say that I saw him commit the crime. But that was a false memory. Nothing to do with the $50,000- he subsequently gave me.

So are you saying someone saw the whole thing and they are worried he squeals?

No- A police Officer in another case - The ‘Karen Read Trial’, testimony drastically changed. She explained it away as ‘a false memory’ because someone showed her information proving her memory was false.! New Defense ….

I believe BH was trying to show proof that TB continues to harass them. The person Higgins sent the video to who posted it online is someone supportive of the Alberts with a broad reach of followers. MOO

Bukhenik - reassigned
Proctor - fired
Tully - transferred out of the department ( internal investigation found he had violated department rules and regulations)

Consequences of their own actions

The pile of discarded, disgraced, used and thrown out people who sold their souls to the Albert's and Mcabe's is growing. Add the disagreeable Ms Dever to the list as she is on a leave of absence from her 'job'. Some folks must be questioning themselves if it was all worth it in my opinion. Their actions have consequences and they are coming like a freight train for them. I'm here for every single tear they shed as they stamp their feet, cry, hold their breaths and throw their little temper tantrums as their lives fall apart. They tried and failed to frame and innocent woman. Karen Read is innocent and there isn't a damn thing they can do about except realize they were played by the people responsible for the death of JOK. Karma is coming for all of them.

Bukhenik - reassigned rehomed 🤪

Also seeing that Dever is on a leave of absence. Hoping that gets confirmed today as well.

Of course, like Proctor.. they waited until the end of the trial, which is just shady when looking from the outside in.

For anyone that thinks that this investigation was 'good' or 'okay' in any way... how can you reconcile that with all the officers that have been demoted, fired, rehomed?

Crazy to see, never followed a case where this has happened before!

I've believed that BH has always been just a witness to the actual attack and beating. He is guilty of coercing JOK to come to the house and even maybe roughing him up but I don't believe he landed the final blow. He, I think feels the guilt of getting JOK there but has now alienated himself from the MsAlbert circle.
He is guilty of coverup but not of murder, JMO. I wouldn't be surprised if he and his atty have already or will offer a plea and that he will talk. You have to look at the actions after the event. and the months following. Even now, he has stayed away from any attention to himself. He, IMO, might even be afraid for his own safety. He has his own demons to deal with.
Any in that group if there is any conscience in them could not live with this. Even the kids involved. As close as I am to my kids or nieces and nephews they would not and could not stay loyal to me if I was part of this.

How do we know Buchenick didn’t request a transfer though? And if Dever is on sick leave for “stress”, the taxpayer still pays her for time off. MOO

Yes I actually do think the jurors disregarded clear evidence of her guilt, it's my opinion.
It was a lack of evidence that acquitted KR including this.
IMO

"The jury foreman in the Karen Read trial stated, "If that body was on my front steps, I know my house would have been stormed,"

He did not. The statement about this is in the news article above most likely. Channel5 online in Boston has the complete statement if this does not. I haven't read the one above.

The personnel order said Bukhenik "failed to properly supervise and/or counsel a subordinate for sending inappropriate correspondence regarding an ongoing investigation."

The order also said Bukhenik "did not properly document the inefficiencies of a subordinate according to the Department’s Employee Evaluation System manual."

There was not one shred of admissible evidence to show anyone other than KR was there at the time her vehicle, under her control, went in reverse at a velocity nearing 75% on the accelerator with no braking. At that same time JO's phone stops activity, goes dark right in that same area. His phone showed he was NOT in the house at that time but outside in front. That data shows the collision time IMO, logic dictates that fact, IMO. KR took it from there, her actions, her words all logically dictate that she was, and admitted she was, responsible for what happened to JO, according to witness testimony IMO. That is until she was arrested and her story changed to (paraphrazing) I saw him go in the house.

All the above is my opinion and it's also my opinion that the jury disregarded the facts of this case with either already preconceived opinions as to what happened or undue pressure from the rabid cirus-like atmosphere social media created surrounding this case at the courthouse. I say, shame on them. I'm entitled to my opinions as you are entitled to yours. We greatly disagree.
Considering the coroner couldn’t even rule his death a homicide, it should never have been brought to trial. None of the rest even matters honestly. MOO

So she needs to say things like baaath and caan't, the Boston Brahmin way.
The funny thing is: I only noticed and remember the sighs and cutting off the defense!!
