Can they though if they're not linked to any crime, first of all ownership would have to be determined not in as in a license but his DNA on them.
Probably not, but it won't stop them trying, IMO

Techically, illegal ownership is itself a crime, even if not used for criminal purposes.

Serious SA I can see why he was charged in Germany, but firearms if not used in a crime.

As I said, I believe they really are desperate to keep him in prison and will use any ploy they can.

The guns found in the Box Factory will probably suffer the same fate as all the rest of the findings and be deemed inadmissible in any court due to the nature of the search

Not sure about that. Not sure if the subsequent search at the box factory was "illegal'. And I don't think it's a ploy to find more incriminating evidence against him

Circling back to the Jag and the 60 minutes show. It says “same model” and watching it again the car looks grey. Is it even the same car he had in Portugal?
That is what I am also wondering? But how many Jags could he have?

Interesting 60 minute docu, it's bits cobbled together though, the presenter has three different hair styles, but one point of interest Jutta Rabe talks of courts not allowing documents or photo evidence, forensics are needed.20 mins in

Here's a little more context.

"Because it's not forensic evidence and as we see now, photos or documents, the court can dismiss, always, if you have a judge as the last time, in court, then every evidence which is not forensic is dismissed and if she is dismissing all the evidence, then he will always walk away as a free person."

Jutta Rabe.

Looking at front view of car at @18.03 it looks same maroon type colour in places , but is covered in dust / grime , that makes it look grey .. imo
With a good polish it's probably maroon.

This might seem a little bit random but I can’t remember if it was on here I read it so thought I would ask…. Did a Portuguese police officer dump his dead dog in a bin during the original investigation?

Does this mean it is up to the judge?

I would expect so. Who else can decide if not the judge(s) ?
Isn't there a law that describes types of evidence allowed to be presented in a trial? This is a bit absurd imo

I guess they've got to belt and brace the evidence with forensics just in case they get the same or similar judge, should they go to trial over MM.
IMO.

There will be guidelines

But if the documents related to MM came about by the illegal search ? If such documents exists?

Did the 'illegal search' predate the large scale, publicised 100 Police officer raid on 14 Jan 2016?
Was the hard drive, which lead BKA to believe MM was dead, found during the large raid?
Did LE have a search warrant for the raid on 14 Jan 2016? (Most likely IMO)

I agree that car was shown but this car - the one with the chemicals - I think is an earlier model and in grey. It’s at 19:54 and specifically described as the same model but not the same car.

Looks like the rear wing is about to undergo a paint job or has had a new wing that's why it looks grey imo? The boot has been stripped out too. The rest looks black. Can't remember where I read it but IIRC he had dozens of vehicles seized from the box factory.
The dusty one is probs the aubergine coloured one as it has the Jaguar ornament on the bonnet. The boot pic car is a Daimler IMO if it's the black one on the right in the pic, so not a Jag.

There are 2 cars in this pic......
