Looks like more were found. I'm on my way out, would search other news sites. Mentioned in link below but not what has been found

Malaysian reps to S Africa in MH370 hunt April 1, 201612:26am

In your link, it seems they found a second piece (which would account for #5) -

Meanwhile, two other suspected plane parts recovered from South Africa were to be transported to Malaysia for initial analysis.

Here is another link which could confuse us more -

Not seeing any photos but I did figure out what number one is; the luggage

Mozambique, SAfrica now under spotlight for MH370 debris - Malaysia seeking permission to search coastal areas of two countries for debris from missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 3/31/2016
On Tuesday, Liow Tiong Lai said another piece of debris suspected to be from missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 had been found in South Africa.

"We hope that the two countries will be cooperative so the search operation groups can find more debris," he said. "When we can collect more of the debris, we will know the search areas more accurately."

Potential MH370 debris now found in Africa - By Drew Parker on March 29, 2016
KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysia’s Transport Minister has said that another piece of debris suspected to be from missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, has been found in South Africa.

Liow Tiong Lai told reporters in capital Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday that the debris is currently being examined to determine its origin.

“We found another piece. We have to determine whether it is from Boeing 777 wreckage first,” Tiong Lai said. “If it is Boeing 777, we have to consider sending it to Australia for further identification.”

"Suspected debris from missing flight MH370 found by holidaymakers after being washed up on island east of Mauritius

Debris believed to have come from missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 is believed to have washed up on an island east of Mauritius.

Guests staying at a hotel on Rodrigues Island found what is thought to be wreckage from the plane that disappeared two years ago with 239 people on board while flying from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing.

The discovery comes after the Australian government confirmed debris found on a Mozambique beach is 'highly likely' to have come from missing flight."

It really blows my mind that we're now seeing debris. I wonder where else there are pieces that haven't been found yet. I don't doubt there are more islands out there with some. You would think they would all k now to be on the look out.

Based on where all of this recent debris has washed up, can they not backtrack their search (based on tidal patterns) and search that grid area?

Not really because of how long it's been. They're confident they are in the right general area, especially due to where everything has been washing up. Oh how I wish everything went down different, from Malaysia Air not giving the right info; so much time was wasted looking in the wrong place, then it took so long for the pinger tracker to get there. Lastly, the TomNod images. I still wonder if the items saw had sunk to just enough below the water that they couldn't be found when they got there.

^^ I think this plane could have been found a lot earlier had the search been started in the right place and not the South China Sea.
That was a waste of time and resources.
By the time the search was started in the area they're looking in now, the pings had started to fade on the black boxes

I am hopeful this debris being washed ashore is a step in the right direction.

IMO

Looks like the latest debris which was found on Rodrigues Island in the Mauritius area may have come from the interior wall of MH370. Readers are speculating and seem to have narrowed it down to the exact location in the plane. Even Richard Quest agreed and has weighed in on this latest find.

ETA- Looked like one link didn't work so trying again. Apparently WS doesn't like that link.
Here's another one - no interview with Richard Quest though.

Yes, it does seem to be. I tried it twice.
Sometimes links showing up with asterisks are because the source is not considered msm.
It was such a good article too...

Thanks.
You are so smart!
I didn't even have to take out anything. I copied and pasted the link and it was the first article in the search results.

Thanks for posting the pictures.
Isn't it neat how they were able to identify the debris and correctly position it in the plane before any confirmation from the officials?

I'm really confused, I don't see how that piece fits in as shown in that cabin photo above?

(and the pile of food confused me even more until I realised it's a promotional photo, and not a great one at that...)

Another towfish was lost, apparently due to a failure of a tow cable connector. Reading this, I'm not sure if a new one was flown in to continue the search for the plane or to find and retrieve the lost one?

With the towfish likely thousands of feet down on the seabed, a remote-controlled submersible was flown in from the United States and dispatched aboard a ship from Australia on Monday, the JACC said.

Good question. They don't seem to know either.

A spokesman for the JACC told NBC News on Wednesday that the search operation has three towfishes and he was not sure whether the same device had been lost twice

This link may become a good source for up to date info.

Each week the ATSB and the JACC publish an operational update, describing the progress and key developments of the previous week. Latest operational update.
