Dan I know they are, and I think they are good about somethings. They're a cable news network. They're really good too. Very in depth with stuff instead of just headlines and few comments.
http://www.playlivenews.com/2010/08/watch-cnn-news-live/as we say... Link puleeeezzzzzzzzzzzzze! No access to tv currently. TIA
25 m = about 82 feet. Whoa!
It might be fuselage I think wings or the tail are more likely to float though. The tail in the Air France flight AF447 was floating in the sea I watched the tv when it was located.24 metres? A wing length?
That would have to be an entire intact wing.
Basically they're sending in as many ships and aircraft as they can, and moderate conditions there, poor visibility however. They hold 'great concerns' for passengers and crew. Re-emphasises the objects may not be related. Indistinct on imagery. They are 'credible' sightings and a reasonable size and possibly 'awash' with water bobbing up and down on the sides. (?)
Sounds like the NTSB told whoever where to have their satellites look. Interesting.
