Man seen carrying diaper clad baby

  • #421
Someone mentioned the possibility of the man carrying a decoy baby, a doll. Most dolls are not the size of a 10-month-old. There are some, I suppose, but what are the possibilities Deborah had access to such a big doll?

I agree, a 10-11 month old is a large baby and Lisa was a big baby according to her weight. Have we heard whether the witnesses described the size of the baby? Were there any other details about the baby they saw?

Was she that large ? Babies triple their birth weight by their first birthday but she is said to be 10 months and 35 pounds which by any standard is big, however she looked pretty normal to me. I was thinking they made a mistake and she was closer to 25 pounds @ 10 months.

Yeah, it's very possible the parents made a "mistake" with Lisa's weight. Sorry, I'm very hypercritical of them tonight.

In either case, that is much bigger than most dolls.

I think Lisa's 'Missing Poster' says "between 26-30 lbs"...? :waitasec:

This discussion has gone a bit round the bend.

Lisa was seen late Sunday afternoon by others than family members.

Is it really possible, that during the day Monday, after killing Baby Lisa, Deborah sought out a really large baby doll, and no one saw her do it, and hired some man to carry that baby doll decoy around the city between midnight and 4 a.m.?

REALLY????

It's time for me to sign off this forum, before I get in trouble with the mods. I'm really sick up to here (indicates forehead) with scenarios that don't seem plausible, besides that darling baby was stolen out of her bed by a stranger.

Yes I agree. I believe the dumpster fire was an attempt to misdirect LE from where the body was actually taken for disposal.

The red line begins on Chelsea, which is where the man was witnessed with the baby.

MOO.

:seeya:
he could have walked up Chelsea a few houses then cut through to the townhouses. There are a few yards there that cut though or could have gone over to 35th st to Poplar and went north to the cul de sac and went down the hill to the townhouses then set the fire. Could have then continued up Brighton to where the guy saw him.

ETA this path would have definitely been someone very familiar with the neighborhood - not random

No, it's not. That was my point.

Quite possible the sighted man was carrying a dead baby? Taking for the family to hide and act as decoy? Wouldn't a live baby be fussy in that temperature?

Oh, I just realized the man was first seen on Chelsea, thanks In da middle. Very interesting if he has anything to do with Lisa being gone.

To walk that far and between those hours, holding a baby who is possibly dead & to dispose of her, they might have been extremely upset and maybe drunkingly upset on top of that. Just guessing.

I wonder how many people were at the house that night besides the kids & the one neighbor with a 4 year old?

I just find it unbelievable that people with nothing whatsoever to gain(and the husband/wife avoided going on camera for over a week).. They were not fame seekers IMO..

These innocent, totally unrelated individuals saw a man with a baby and I just don't see how in the he!! It cannot somehow play into what happened to Lisa..coincidence? It's just not.. Not at night.. Not on the exact night during the exact time that a baby one street over disappeared from.. Coincidence?? No way in he!!

As for these two parents there is no way in he!! the dad was walking with a dead child for miles to throw off dogs!! These parents, neither one seem very bright, maybe qualify as average intelligence(and that's questionable IMO).. But these ppl just are not savvy in Any way, shape, or form to have done such elaborate measures.. Nor did they involve ANYONE ELSE IN COVERING UP LISA's DEATH, not for money, not for love!! If these two did or one of these two did it then IMO there is 0% chance that they reached out for assistance, that assistance complied or not, and those asked or complied kept their mouths shut! Just not possible IMO!

This has become an all out circus and only continues to grow IMO!!

Where the he!! Is precious Lisa!?!!!?!!??!?

One thing we can be fairly sure of:
The 4:00 AM sighting was not Jeremy. He was calling 911 from the home and he is not 5'7" to 5'9" either. The first sighting (12:00 AM,) in some news report, and I can't find the link even though I have tried, reported that the man was "African American." If that report is true then it wasn't Jeremy or DB's brother. Also, LE said that lead had been followed up on and didn't go anywhere.

The only other people, that we have heard about, to come onto LE radar are "Jersey" and the neighborhood teen. The teen can probably be ruled out because he wasn't in his 30's. (We have been told by our confirmed Local that the teen was a male.) Still not sure if Jersey can be ruled out for either sighting as we do not know his race.

Thanks for clarifying that IndaMiddle. I wondered why the sightings involved someone in a t-shirt on such a cold night.

Speaking of that, what abductor wears a t-shirt with bare arms...white at that which would make them very visable...to commit a crime. And leave no DNA? Not one skin cell, not one arm or head hair? Was he wearing gloves? Did he discard of a jacket, gloves, a hat (or was he bald...why no description of the hair?) and the baby's clothes somewhere between the Irwin home and this couple's home. Which if it is on the street perpendicular to N Lister, it would be on the street behind them...which goes no where. It goes right back to N Lister. :waitasec:

Unless of course, he left via the back yard taking and disposing of the phones along the way. Can you get to the street behind through the back?

MOO
The 'perpendicular' throws me too. It could also be where Lister and Chelsea meet and going on up Chelsea. The only way that makes sense to describe it that vaguely is because the lady lives there and was trying to be 'discreet'. If this is also related to the dumpster fire are several ways to cut through, but you would have to know the neighborhood to do it. Perpendicular could also be a little further north up to the other part of 37th that leads to the townhouses. She wouldn't have been able to watch from her house this way though so I am leaning to Chelsea as being the street. This makes sense as to why those people had their houses searched so thoroughly in the beginning.

It has also been reported in both sightings that the man carrying the baby seemed calm.

**woman who saw man with the baby has been interviewed four times... much more in video**

I think the woman and man are credible and their stories match. So would it take a person close to 4 hours to walk 3 miles? It doesn't make any sense. If this really happened and the man carrying the baby was walking at a normal pace and seemed calmed, he must be mentally ill, imo. Jean Casarez said what I thought when I heard the witness today, that he may have been carrying a dead baby, because she wasn't dressed in cold weather.

Quoting this again for clarity. You can cut through if you climbed fences. Not and easy task toting a baby I would think
