I'm intrigued by the defense asking about the cough DW allegedly had, I am sure that will some how feature in there closings, plus they may through Dee brother under the bus

Same, I feel like I missed something from earlier on. Does anyone know what the questions about the cough are about?

They are definitely trying to cast doubt on DW by going after GH. It's sad. MOO

I missed the live stream Monday and Tuesday and I just finished up with yesterday's. I spent far too long searching Youtube for closing arguments before realizing today is not Thursday

I blame the court for their slow pace. When I got the news notification that the defense rested before 11 a.m. yesterday, I was ready for closing arguments. Nope, court dismissed by noon.

I was surprised by how short the defense's case was, particularly given how long-winded the attorney was. It's a thin case but I figured they'd drag it out a bit. MOO

ETA: "thin case" as in weak defense... IMO
