ME begins his testimony at approximately 6:55.00. Blunt force, strangulation. Body duct taped and wrapped in tarps, sealed in a tank.

I know every defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

I know every defendant has the right to a fair trial before a jury of his peers.

But what in hell's name is his defense??????

He just wants to sit in a room while everyone hears the ghastly details?????

I will never understand the mindset of someone like him.

Jury won't take long.

Ps…. To all, and to @Megnut and @Chelly too for the play by play……. Are y’all going to be on any of the upcoming Sunday games when they start? :)

JK! And ok, OT maybe…… but back to this trial….. seriously appreciate the Cliffs Notes on this one. A very disturbing murder IMO. So glad investigators were onto some scenarios…… and got it figured out with the evidence. Before something happened to that fertilizer tank or the contents. MOO

I was wondering how the prosecution was going to introduce the videos for the jury, Mr. Boyd has been a superior witness for that, very clear, knowledgeable about the farm and its operations, equipment, etc., and really helpful for the jury to understand what Warner was up to in them.

LENAWEE COUNTY, Mich. — The murder trial of Dale Warner, the man accused of killing his wife, Dee Warner, in Michigan, resumed Friday with day six of witness testimony.

In the surveillance video shown, Boyd said Dale was wearing a short-sleeved, gray War-Ag uniform shirt, answering a question this time from the prosecution.

Boyd testified that when welding with short sleeves, a welder can develop what is called "welder burn," which looks like sunburn. According to Boyd, the burn could show up within hours of welding.

I found a tweet that was out before today's testimony:

Melissa Andrew's from WTOL also posts on Facebook as Mel Andrews. Another place to look at comments. She and WTOL are doing a good job covering the case.

From yesterday's testimony --

Last witness of the day was excellent, describing the welding that was done on tank.

How many individuals would have had the knowledge for how to cut a tank open and weld it shut, who also had access to it, who also had motive? It is not a number bigger than one IMO.

Today, the jurors are going on a field trip. To the properties. They will also see the tank in which DW's body was found.

Have been following along when I can, I don't understand why all prosecutors don't make use of technology like they are doing in this trial, the opening statement was a masterclass in how to explain a complicated set of facts with a crime scene that is very large with multiple buildings in a very concise way with photos and maps, zooming in and out at the click of a button, I was very impressed

I am intrigued as to how many children (they are a large blended family) are supporting him, I know Dees children aren't as they are suing him but I wonder if all his children are still supportive
