Didn't the article say the SAR dogs hit on the spot but they dug, she wasn't there?

The way Blaum's 16 page arrest warrant reads is that he was tricked into going over. I honestly do not think Blaum participated in any other crimes Willis did. I could be wrong but that's not what I read. I think after that, Willis told Blaum that he will tell on him if he ever got caught.

It's Bluhm, not Blaum. Not that it matters, I just don't want somebody out there named "Kevin Blaum" to get mixed up with this situation.

It's very very difficult to read what this monster did to Jessica. The fact monster had necrophilia pornographic material on his computer makes me concerned he violated Jessica in death as well as life I hope and pray this isn't the case.

According to a police official familiar with the case, a team of investigators and cadaver dogs searched an area near an abandoned railroad trail Friday morning after receiving information that Heeringa's body was dumped there. The cadaver search was unsuccessful, but the investigation is ongoing.

This whole case is disgusting- Willis and his cousin are disgusting.
But if I'm going to be murdered anyway- much better to be violated after death rather than tortured before it. Unfortunately it appears that's not what happened.

Emphasis on " Investigators say they're sure her body was there at one time" Doesn't say why they feel that way, but they seem sure the body was there at one time... In another article they state they feel Willis moved the body without the cousin knowing. Remember the cousin originally could not get bail because the police where concerned he may move the body. This was stated in his earlier arrest article.....

That's what I think too. I think his cousin was pissed he was brought into it. I think Willis was threatening to tell that he helped if the cousin told. In the end, he got in trouble too. I hope he realizes how wrong he was for not walking out of the house and turning Willis in when he 1st saw Jessica.

So far he's linked to one woman and the teen that got away. We don't know if there are other cases before or after. I'd be shocked if they are the "only" 3.

Yes if the cousin had done the right thing Rebekah Bletsch, 36 would still be alive. Rebekah's husband would still have is wife and their 13 year old daughter would still have her mom. The Heeringa family would be able to have a funeral for Jessica and the teenage girl who thankfully got away would not have to live with a terrifying kidnap for the rest of her life. What the cousin has done is disgraceful and disgusting.

MUSKEGON, MI – Judge Raymond J. Kostrzewa ruled Monday that he can conduct a preliminary hearing for Jeffrey Willis' alleged murder of Jessica Heeringa.

A preliminary hearing in the Heeringa murder case had been set for Tuesday, Oct. 4, but Hilson and Hosticka moved to postpone the hearing by about three weeks because of investigative reports that Hilson said he was still waiting for. Kostrzewa agreed to postpone the case, only after making sure that Willis understood the reason for the postponement.

"Yes, your honor," Willis said.
