Thank you so much for taking the time in heels no less, with these beautiful shots. I can say 2 large men easily could have slid down this embankment. A local would have been a pro at night, manuevering and carrying a small child. I am sure that when all is said and done, the ROS in custody are the 🤬🤬🤬 George and Roy.

So, why are LE looking elsewhere. Why are they saying the 🤬🤬🤬 is still out in the community?

 holy carp KR2 why didn't I think of that? As much time as I spent in the podunk countryside of Kentucky as a kid...why didn't I remember that when you want to go down a very steep incline while hiking you sit your butt down on the ground and work your way down? It's not hard, it doesn't take a long time at all and yes you can carry something with you when you do it.

Good work!

It looks like the hardest part would be to go back up the hill. I believe that the cement bag and the little girl could have been manipulated down this slope with one man and maybe a woman or another man to assist.

You guys probably covered this days ago-but I wonder now if GK jumped ship because of he knew he should not be around a child and it was getting too chancy that he would be reported...and he was done with JB. Perhaps, and this is just SPECULATION, JB rid herself of her obstacle in an attempt to win him back?

-----------
Doesn't Savannah also have small children? I do agree with you on a possible motive for JB. I'm thinking the same thing.

I haven't heard any confirmation of Kmart. Do we have an accurate timeline yet?
----------
I'm also wondering if Jennifer and Nevaeh ever made it to KMart........

Yes I do too now lonetraveler, another method occured to me to get down the hill.

You step sideways, bracing your forward foot against rocks or tree roots. Yes, you can carry things this way too. I've hiked many miles in my youth in the hills of KY.

To come up, you can always come up forward~ just bend over at your waist and grab onto tree roots, rocks or anything else to get some leverage.

The point also to consider is that a middle aged man and his father made it down that hill and up again.

It looks well worn too. Why place her in a popular area? Strange.

True, but can be done. Have you ever walked sideways up or down an incline? This area has been muddied by multiple traffic in the last days but prior to that relatively by the grassy knolls, if you fish alot it is possibly second nature to travel.

Was LE able to get a foot in print before the 2 men found Nevaeh?

Wanting to hang on to a man has been the motive for many kid's demise unfortunately.

What I find interesting is GK says he hadn't seen them for a couple of months. JB says 4 days? She can't call 911, but she can call him. And he appears to be the first person she calls. Why?

They're like con artists. They prey on the weak and needy. I think she was scammed by this guy not for money but access to the child. Their smooth schtick works on the weak and she seems very weak to me.

OH, I know it can be done. Yes, I've fished all my life, I was just trying to make a point that manipulating the 90 lb bag and body down the hill could definitely be done. I was just noticing that going up the hill, there seems to be only high grass and a few bush type plants and thinking that the plants were the only thing to hold on to to make your way back up the hill. Myself, I would most likely bust my butt, as I have been known to do in the past while going up and down steep hills.

I still find it very curious that Nevaeh was found in the area of Dundee, near Ida Maybee Bridge (you can see the bridge in the background of a picture that Angel who cares posted in the Astro's thread).

A RSO lives on another portion of Ida Maybee Road. Which looks to be about 3 miles from his house. Just putting that out there so we can make a mental note of that.

ETA: Let me clarify~ his home and Nevaeh's gravesite look to be approx 3 miles apart, straight shoot with the exception of one dog leg turn.

I heard a remarkable quote last night and thought it was applicable here:

Many of us as children are given baggage that we must carry into adulthood. However, once we become adults it's our responsibility to unpack them. Just a thought.

This is a wonderful quote, :blowkiss:

I posted in the NG thread that I think Gma thinks Holly is full of carp. If looks could kill! It was like Gma was hearing all of this for the first time and calling BS on it.

--------
LOL, I noticed that GM looked as if she really wanted to slap Holly in the mouth to shut her up.

I hear you, do we know that the the cement bag was 90 lbs? and could the leftover cement been poured into the river after?

Here's a thought:

Has LE said that 90 lbs of cement were used to cover Nevaeh?

Or could the remnants of a 90lb bag be used and the bag left behind? That would be why they are tracking the bag?

I saw the small area she was buried in and it doesn't look like it would take 90 lbs of cement to cover that small area?

Just a thought while we consider how to get a 90 lb bag of cement down a steep incline...maybe it wasn't full?

I think these 🤬🤬🤬 chucked it after. LE checked the river, but if she was there for 10-11 days the bag could easily have drifted with river currents. I will check on that new 🤬🤬🤬 Kat you listed later.

KR where can we find her probation status information? I could only find her entry at the Michigan Dept. of Corrections:

http://www.state.mi.us/mdoc/asp/otis2profile.asp?mdocNumber=627126

On that site if you scroll down it says

PROBATION SENTENCES
ACTIVE None
INACTIVE None

SUPERVISION CONDITIONS
None

(sorry for the caps I copied and pasted 'cuz I'm lazy like that). TIA for direction to have a look for myself. :)
so she not on probation, if she was she could be rearrest on probation violation, by hanging out with George Kennedy?

Scarlett - THANKS SO MUCH! You are a real trooper and your photography is fantastic. I had no idea it was on such a deep slope - can't imagine how anybody would get a body, cement, water, and a shovel down there. Looks like a boat could get real close - maybe that's how it all came bout. Thanks again!

Does anyone know how deep the water is at the edge, even 10 foot out?
If they were to go down that bank carry anything, they would slip cause some cuts, it bring me back to hotel room with the blood.
bbm, I was under the expression that the water used was from the river.

me either, I have hear nothing on the kmart trip.
Last night on NG, JB said the last time she saw Nevaeh was at 6:30 when they got back, back from where?

I don't want to be a nag, but we are going to be really sorry later, when there's an arrest and trial and appeal, etc., if we don't start categorizing things we find out into separate threads. We'll never be able to find important posts buried among thousands of others.
Don't be shy about starting a thread. Seems like the burial site would make a good thread. So would the background of Jennifer and each of the people surrounding her. A separate thread to discuss the evidence would help, too. Oh, and a rant thread!
Please, please, spread out. I already can't find things posted this morning!

I agree, I guess a rant thread, would be ok, but posters seem to lose the facts and purpose of why were here:) with a rant thread.

I've thought of that angle also. Who would know that information? Could it be someone no one would suspect, but living in or working at that complex who often observed and listened to what was going on with the family and "friends?"

If it is, who? A neighbor, a maintenance person, friend of a friend?

I've thought about what kind of sicko this pedophile is and ruling out mafiosa type activity and a horrendous act that says...I'll show you...here are a few of the things I've come up with. All conjecture - I'm sure everyone can see traits in this animal that are worth investigating. If Nevaeh was sexually assaulted, I'm going with the idea there was one pedophile. Pedophiles, as far as I know, do not ever work in pairs. Sharing the prey that has brought them so many pleasurable fantasies isn't what they do.
Conjectures:
1. What does encasing your victim in cement mean? This is highly unusual for a pedophile who usually throws his prey (object) aside as garbage to be eaten by parasites and bugs and lost forever. Could this be his intense need for control over his victim. Put the little thing in cement and she'll stay there forever - no more chasing and fighting for control of her. Can you imagine how cowardly he must be to go to such extremes to control a 5yo? (this is conjecture)

2. He encased Nevaeh in cement for ultimate, endless control, so why was he so sloppy with the cement work? My guess - This slug is not attentive to detail and probably has not been his entire life. He screws up over and over - just can't seem to get it right. Tough place to be for a control freak isn't it? (conjecture)

3. Nevaeh was placed in a beautiful spot - tranquil, near the river's edge, and underneath trees. Hardly did this low-life place her there so she would be in lovely resting place. NO, he did it for him, it's all about him. Perhaps, HE enjoys the tranquility and beauty of it all. Maybe this low-life doesn't have the chance to be outdoors much, or if he does, it's not in a peaceful, quiet environment. So that's where he places his catch of the day..just to remind him of his wonderful work and what a peaceful world it is out there.

4. Even though he placed her in a spot HE thought was tranquil and beautiful, he also placed her in an area that attracts other people with an affinity for the outdoors. A place that was sure to have traffic - a place where she was sure to be found. This may tell us he likes to pat himself on the back for a 'job well done'. He likes all the attention he's receiving from newspapers, having the town on edge, and being hunted by all. He seems to enjoy the deception and fame of it all.

Whoever and whatever this freak is - he is twisted and dangerous. Maybe he works in Nevaeh's school, or is a person doing ground work in an apartment complex, or a maintenance man who loves the outdoors. Or maybe he none of those things...One things for sure - he's twisted.
