It also was on the news when this story first broke that GK'S parole officer recommended to the state to have GK placed back in custody because he knew he was in a relationship with JB and there was a child involved which was in violation of the terms of his parole, but the state declined.

When Mr Binkley said he chipped away 6x6 -6x8 area of cracked cement he saw skin and I believe he stated it was smooth and definitly human. So by his testimony I felt a assured she was in fairly good shape and now we are hearing badly decomposed. I just wonder if for some reason they are just withholding info for some reason???

I really worry about the DNA not back, I don't understand, why they can not release that, if the fisherman seem skin, I would think that DNA could be take from that. I think they know the DNA results why hold that back

I am hoping it's because they have some kind of idea about who the killer is or that the information would inpede the arrest of the killer.

I don't see how the DNA would inpede the arrest.

IF she did the body has to be in fairly good shape or I don't think they would allow her to view the body would they??? I don't think Nevaeh's body has been released to the funeral home yet. Jennifer was probably there making arrangements. LE has recommended that the family not view the body.

I don't believe they are going to have any family member ID her. I believe it will be thru the tests, DNA...

That they can't get DNA...but they can get it from hair, and they probably have dental records of some type. so that makes no sense.

What about the beer bottle...boy, I hope that has DNA on it and fingerprints! Hope they are checking for purchases of cement around the area too.

The lady that was with the mom during the interview seemed like she couldn't have cared less too. Was that her mother?

Sorry to interrupt, now posted in the mapping and timeline thread

Mapping, the addition of the beer can and known purchase store of Hi-Lite super market has given me another mapping point. Mapping points used and routes in purple are from "Charolette Arms" to Motel 7" to "Hi-Lite super market" to M-50 the only route taken to Dixon rd area where the body was found. You may draw your own conclusions over time. Purple is traced routes from location to location.

Hi Peliman, I posted this last evening on page 7, but it may have been missed. Hi-Lite Market is located directly on the Northwest corner of where Dunbar Rd crosses Telegraph (US-24) After a slight building renovation several years ago, it is now a larger grocery store. While the address for Hi-Lite is located on Telegraph, the only entrance faces south towards Dunbar Rd. This market is really dinky in comparison to the other local mega stores such as Kroger or Meijer. There is also a gas station kiddie corner from Hi-Lite on Telegraph. However, since no one besides the police know where he purchased gas from that night, we don't know if he could be placed near there at that time. On the other hand, there are dozens of gas stations throughout that area and there is a Speedway, I think, right near GK's motel. I hope the link to my map posts better than it did last evening.

As stated previously, a local would try not to go through all the traffic near town, especially on Telegraph Rd. And instead, they might choose the more rural route instead. I took the liberty of pointing out another well traveled local route that could be used to get out to South Custer (M-50) and North Custer by taking Dunbar Rd west to S. Raisinville Rd past the fairgrounds and crossing the River Raisin to North Custer Rd.

They have to be withholding for some reason. As a PP stated, they would only have to do a hair strand test on NB v. JB to find out if it is NB. This wouldn't have taken that long. And we know that her hair would be there regardless of what state the rest of her is in. Additionally, they could sample from the bone and match it against JB.

They are stalling but I can't figure out why.

I posted that earlier about the hair samples. I don't recall how long it took in the Caylee Anthony case. I did read reports that a clump of hair was found near Nevaeh. I haven't heard anything else about this clump of hair.

Whoever and whatever this freak is - he is twisted and dangerous. Maybe he works in Nevaeh's school, or is a person doing ground work in an apartment complex, or a maintenance man who loves the outdoors. Or maybe he none of those things...One things for sure - he's twisted.

When you break it down like that the most important thing that I see is the killing of her. You're right about how pedo's work, rape, toss the body in a field, dumpster, etc and then don't look back. It is their standard MO IMO.

We don't know if she was sexually abused, but there have been thoughts before here that she was even before she was taken. I have read many rumors on other sites about this and someone's heroin use.

I think the perp was too rough with her, she died from being drugged or suffocated. And then I think the perp was turned on by that, buried her in a comfort zone of his and was maybe advancing in his sickness to where the next time he would want to do it the same way. He just wasn't a master of orderliness or detail. Like you say, did everything half-a** his whole life.

There could be many men in that area who knew this spot like the back of their hand. And he could also be a SO not yet on the radar! Not yet caught, which would make him even more dangerous. But he would have a connection to the apts or to Jennifer or one of her SO friends. IMO

For the Sheriff to point out how dangerous this person is was a big ALERT for us I think. Who knows how many times he went back there before she was found? He probably is already dreaming and fantasizing about his next victim. So sick!

It's been said locally here that 3 different funeral homes have offered to provide a free funeral for Navaeh...also, the grandma from hell was on TV stating the SHE is going to view the body she said, "I'm going to view the body, I won't believe it til I see that that's my baby."

Hi Sandcastles, The links say she was so badly decomposed they would not want the family to ID her in person.

Mr Bickley also said he pressed on the skin and it popped back up. That would tell me she was at the end of Stage 3 of decomposition which is bloating with gasses, or putrification. xox
