She testified and they forgot to turn the camera on? I really wanted to see this trial, I would have given up the theater shooting trial (and maybe even the DUI set up, that's just mind blowing stuff) but I can't do on-again-off-again one more time. I don't have Queenie's patience (or you all's gift of small talk in between dark camera times lol) - maybe they just don't understand what it means to "live stream" a trial, it's not a commercial people, it goes on for more than 4 minutes at a time, several days in a row! Okay, I'm done complaining, but really, not streaming the defendant testifying?? Maybe they think we've had our share of ninja stories for a while. :facepalm:

it's live now.......looks like judge is handling some others matters first, jury is not there, so it's not scrivo trial yet, but it's live, cross your fingers it stays that way :loveyou:

On Friday #DonnaScrivo told a story from the stand about a stranger that killed Ramsay then threatened her & family if she told.

#DonnaScrivo said she came upstairs to find man in Ramsay's bedroom killing him. Hasn't given much of a reason why.

he asks her what color his eyes were....she says gold, he asks her if that was a hallucination, she says now she knows it was?

how long did he stay in the condo.....5 days......he threatened to kill jason (her other son), had gun to her head.....

something about her other niece, jessie, told her she was crazy about jim's kids, and would finish with jessie....knew alot of personal detail......

what did he make you do next? doesn't remember.....put me in a room and shut the door......cuffed me......somewhere during all this, everyone he told me to call, i called, i texted who he said to text.....i don't remember who...... made a missing person report the next day......he said i needed to go get a saw at lowe's.......he said don't be stupid about this.........i did

she did not say anything to the people at lowe's about this person.....why not? she was afraid.......later went to insurance man's office that same day, the man was in the black ford escape, why didn't you tell the ins. man? afraid for her family....

She didn't answer the question on why she didn't tell the police about the "killer" when she submitted the missing person report. The cross with the prosecution will be interesting.

why didn't tell detectives? same reason.........

it was not her decision to report ramsey missing......when went to lowe's, came home and plugged in (the intruder) he knew right where to go to outlet....she asked him if he had ever been in the house before......he said yes, he was waving ramsey's probation device (?) asking about it and i told him he was still on probation.....he said i thought he was over all this.....i told him i should call them.....he told me to make police report, i did....went to state farm to sign forms, jason's truck had been stolen.......

got back in car, jason called, killer gave me the phone, he told me to finish the missing person report, he told me don't be stupid....left a message for the probation person, ramsey's body was still ? (couldn't hear)...

that saw from lowe's didn't work (wouldn't charge) so he made me call the company.....had to return it.....he told me i was stupid and slapped me, told me we had to go back, he told me to put on makeup because my lips were swollen......my eyes and other are permanent.....he told me to fix my makeup.....he hit me in the head when i was driving..

when i got home he shut the door.......that was the third trip to lowe's.......i don't know what he did that night.......heard the saw the next morning, tuesday the 28th, in my room with the door shut......didn't hear it long........heard him swearing.....came and got me, told me mother waddles will be here, threw me back in the room, heard sawing more....there were smells like flesh burning.......came and got me again to help him pull ramsey.....

i fell down and started hugging him and would not let him go......the guy started screaming at me......

then the attorney starts asking about her talking with tim treppa (?) why did you not tell tim about the maniac in your house? she really doesn't answer......did you see your son dismembered? he was dismembered? he was dismembered wednesday when i saw him......wed. he got me and he said you are going to have to help me hold him.....takes me into the bathroom and i see ramsey's hands are burnt, got hysterical and started throwing up.......slams my head into toilet water, pulled up by hair and then throws me back into my room and tells me i'm a useless

when made trip intruder was in back seat......put bags in car....

drove out 94..........when he said exit, my gas tank was empty...

talked to clerk....why didn't tell her? same reason, i'm 51, would not put my nieces in danger she says.......

ramsey's remains were in back of s10........he said pull out....

didn't know name of street.......he told her where to go......

he would point where to put bag........he would scream hurry up.......she would open door and he would push out.....

after the bags were removed, went to the carwash......

it's a drivethrough....

he got in the frontseat, opened the glovebox and pulled out the car title and started freaking out about it, said we couldn't donate it if it's in my husband's name.......i changed the title thursday afternoon....

when was the last time you saw this intruder? he told me to take the license plate off, i did, mother waddles came and got it on thursday.....where was the intruder? at the condo.....he was there sunday-thursday.....something about the airport.....this will be blamed on you he told her.....he told her if you say anything to anyone i will kill kate, james, jess and your precious jason, if you tell...........i will cut their heads off......something about saturday afternoon (can barely hear her)

she watched the news..........the detective asked her about ramsey's tattoo.....her SIL called her and then the police came and arrested her...........

last time she saw the intruder..........thursday......

he had a gun to her head..........in different clothes than he had been in........not in a car........does not know how he got away....

her testimony that she did not kill or dismember her son.....
