As always, hoping today is THE bracelet day. :)

A matching set would be very nice, and a nice slow ride.:D

Good morning to you as well.

Have we even heard, factually, that there is any jewelry missing? I can't always keep up with all these things floating around out here

Nope, nothing in print anywhere and not a whisper.

Jake......

I wanted you to answer that for clarification because of something someone sent to me. As it is, the person who 'told' me contacted me again and said they re-read your gojo post and they had read it wrong. They thought you meant that they grabbed the jewelry from the jewelry box in Jason's closet.

Just thought I'd post that to you.

Jake,

I believe you posted that Michelle's body was lying in the 3-ft wide space between the bed and the closet wall. Were you able to determine, by looking at the blood stains on the carpet pad, how her body was oriented? Was her head toward the head of the bed or toward the foot? Or was she in a sort of fetal position, sideways in that area, with her head either toward the wall or toward the bed? I'm just trying to get a feel for where the tooth was in relation to her body. Thanks.

No - have seen nothing in print, no reference on SWs and definitely no remarks by LE. JY never went in that house with LE in an effort to determine if anything was stolen. Any claim that it was stolen, is just that - a claim without any foundation.

RC and Sami,

Thanks. That's what I thought.

RC and Sami,

Thanks. That's what I thought.

DD,

I have made an arrangement with someone in Raleigh to go to the courthouse about getting copies of the search warrants to date, just to see if there is more information attached that the media has not released. I'm hoping I have covered enough dates to be able to obtain any that have not been published - we'll see, there has to be more than these. Might be interesting.

Not DD, but that is awesome RC., I can't wait to hear what we have not been privy to through the media, I thought of going to the ct house, but never enough hours in the day. Will you be able to scan and post, or upload to some site we can all veiew them? Or, will your contact not be able to make copies, but just record the info? Thanks Again

Good news, RC. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Might?!

I can't wait to see what might be discovered. Thanks, RC.

Thanks Charlie, That might prove to be verrry interesting, seeing what might have been left out.

BTW, I got a note from the appraiser this morning who sent a link to the
Wake County data on the property. I wrote back and said we did have this link on our forum. The sketch on that link of the building only shows exterior dimensions, and told him what we want to find is the interior floorplan showing the placement of rooms.

At least he is taking the request seriously and seeing what is out there for us!

Scandi,

Surely appreciate you trying to get this information. I went back to a post from another forum where "johngo" does a walk through of the crime scene. He does specify that there are two closets in the MBR but no real information to determine layout. Sorry ! It will come out sooner or later, but I think you have done a fine job so far. Appreciate it very much.;)

One question, may or may not have any bearing and you may get no response but I am curious about the 57$K second mortgage on the Birchleaf home - anyway you can find out from the appraiser if there were any substantial improvements made to the home after the Youngs bought it ? They hadn't owned it very long before this second was made, curious.

The second was on the same day as the first, so I wonder if it was downpayment money? If that is possible...both were 5/20
