No problem! I research statutes a lot for my work and there is a lot of great information out there. It can really shed light on things.

You have a good day too!!!

It surely answered several of my questions and most definitely shed some light. I have not "read" all of it but searched out sections applicable for now. The remainder will come in very handy in the future I have little doubt. So again - thanks.

That's interesting. Another poster on a couple of different boards implied that it was expected. Or perhaps it was just that poster who is a friend of the family that expected it.

I reckon the insurance company is the only one to be really upset. The company had to pay for the clean-up and repair. Do you agree?

Jake seems to be very interested in my insurance claim report. The bozo must not know the general public can get an endless list of reports from 100's of data bases (for a small fee of course).

What other info about Jason do you want me to share with you Jake ? I already paid my fee and have a lot more from these public web sites. This might come in handy for you since it is quite obvious you do not know the "real" Jason Young (he is no longer the 18 year old mountain lad you were so proud of)

Jake is back on CTV now asking what kind of punishment I can get for obtaining Jason's HO claim information. Last time i looked (yesterday), Driving records, arrest records, Credit scores, insurance claim records on cars and homes, tax records, deeds of trust (including how much someone owes) and many , many more are out on the Internet for anyone that pays a little cash and is resourceful enough. Have at it Jake. I think I can stand the punishment.

I doubt the insurance company would be upset. It is their responsibility to pay claims for occurences that are within the guidelines of the policy.

Since you raised the insurance question though, here's one for you. Who was the beneficiary for her life insurance policy(ies) and have the funds been disbursed? If so, who received them?

Barney,

I have to tell you. I find this obsessive behavior by a friend of Jason to reflect nothing but a consciencousness of guilt. I fail to understand how any innocent man, family or friends could even begin to be concerned about posters on a crime forum at this time with the current circumstances of their life. This action does not strike me as grief over the loss of Michelle Young - instead it appears to be the proverbial witch hunt against anyone who carries an opinion even suggesting JY's guilt. This crew has attempted to have a reporter fired, attempted to show and continue to claim that LE is incompetent and so on. This isn't grief - its guilt and it is bitterness - misdirected at that IMO.

Certainly makes me wonder WHY are they here and WHAT do they want?

Aside from lessons in internt research............. :)

I reckon the insurance company will be upset if it turns out Jason caused the damage to the home when he murder his pregnant wife.

dkj/ jake says " I think Jason's family would just like for RPD's source to quit digging into Jason's personal life. I think they resent someone with access to privileged information sharing that information. RPD refuses to tell me where he got the info."

Mommy, RPD won't share ! That's not fair !

Hi Snowshuzes,

It looks to me as if they believe in the doctrine that two heads are better than one. They are grasping at straws, plain and simple.

Case in point, yesterday insurance agents across N.C., if not the Country could sleep peacefully.

Now that a poster found out what the pay-off was from JY's HO insurance policy for the clean up @ his house.

The JY camp has yet another person's/company's/poster's reputation to impugn.

Anybody but Jason.

I feel so sorry for the WRAL reporter Lamb. Hers was the first blatant attack, it is already obvious that we are dealing with victory at any cost. Heaven help us once it gets to trial. I wouldn't be surprised if posters on message boards are next.

I think Jake wants to take Barney's toys and go home because he doesn't have any. Jealousy is ugly no matter how old you are.

Hi 5 :)

But, you GOTTA wonder .....WTH is spearheading this campaign?????

I honestly think RSmith is having a coronary if he is reading this stuff, as it relates to his client. If you took a poll of the message boards that you know who posts at, I think the overwhelming majority would vote that this poster is DETRIMENTAL to JYs cause. Why does he not get that?

  • #453
Because the photos are mine. I was not fingerprinted because I hadn't been in the house prior to the murder.

--Jake

Jake,
The various reports I bought on Jason are MINE.
Since the photos of the house are YOURS...... wanna trade ? ;)

I don't think he can "get it".

He wants what he wants, when he wants it.

Linear thinking? Y chromosome? Fear of his own failure as a mentor? Lingering doubt?

All of the above?

Isn't that what was rumored about JY - he wants what he wants when he wants it ?

That's what I like about you RC, you're always thinking!

Good observation. Maybe he did have something to do with his upbringing.

RC, I believe you are correct.

Guess a little of that mentoring worked afterall.

Ya know, it is starting to remind me of all the red herrings in the SP case in California. (am I allowed to mention that case here?..if not, I will delete instantly)

One thing is for sure, all this "useful information of no value" gleaned from message boards to discount the investigation, should either make the jurors LOL or sleep through the whole trial.

Baffling with BS doen't go as far as it used to.

Jake's bud, mimi (MD, Phd, MBA, CPA ) has the professional opinion the Claim info I posted is covered by the FCRA (Fair credit Reporting Act). Wrong mimi. No state requires disclose of the sharing of information with the CLUE database in the annual GLB privacy notice. The information that goes into the CLUE database does not fall into either of these categories. Instead, information about claims and damage reports goes to an information reseller. The RESELLER then sells this information to anyone willing to pay the fee. Realtors frequently get this information so they know if a house has suffered a large water or fire loss in the past 5 years. Fortunately for Jason, the claim data on his home does not show "murder mess clean up".

Jake, since you seem to be so interested in this report, I will forward this along with several others I know you would love to see for the photos.
Just let me know
