HI Again Jake! So, you've resorted back to the 2 killer theory? I don't believe Michelle had any enemies, let alone 2. I believe the only one to stand to gain anything would be Jason. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Nope, can't correct you. Don't know enough yet. But I am searching for more information.

I've accepted and discarded the 2-killer theory several times in my mind. Right now I think it could be possible.

Possibly the two killer theory is derived from the unknown prints. I don't think LE is not considering an accomplice. However if it were someone known to a suspect wouldn't they have that info by now? I've always thought the pics on disc they wanted was to identify someone unknown. We know they even asked a neighbor had he ever been in that house.

True. If a wild print was found, why can't the police match it to someone involved? So, maybe no wild print, or maybe someone that hasn't surfaced yet.

SNIPPED---WHAT i SAID++++++++++++++++

Speaking of search warrants: I've been told that LE cannot seal a search warrant. Only a judge can do that. I have no way to know if that is true. But if it is, I wonder if there are other search warrants--other than the ones for Jason--that we haven't seen yet. If so, these SWs would show us the new direction LE is looking.

I will not go into the direction of any of MY's family members, that is pure conjecture and has absolutely no place here so I really hope that's not what you mean by "everyone who has been mentioned in this case". The search warrants and information to this date unfortunately point to one person--for now. Wanting it to not be true does not make it not true. You have your opinion, I have mine. I have seen no police misconduct or bad treatment here. The police officers job is to look at the evidence and follow where it takes them, not guide the evidence to fit who they think did it. Almost everyone who has been brought to trial has cried police misconduct, they never followed any other leads, etc... And I know there are corrupt police officers just as there are corrupt lawyers, business men and salesman and on and on. People just get mad period when they want to get away with something and the police don't let them and they will do whatever they have to do to stay out of prison. It's somehow never the person who is in jail who did it(see all those other guys stories that I mentioned earlier) and somehow, people keep winding up dead but it's no one's fault. I'm sick to death of people trying to ruin police officers names and characters because they are doing their jobs to protect us.

   fabulous post-

OJ Simpson
Robert Durst
Lizzie Borden

Not very good company, imo.

robert durst has yet to be tried for the murder if his first wife, kathy and his friend in LA, susan berman.

i believe he will be tried and convicted for those 2 murders.

Someone on another board posted the idea of a shoe being a weapon that caused the wounds on Michelle's head. I can see it if it's a woman's shoe, maybe even Michelle's.

I tried one just to see. It hurts even with a gentle stroke. The shoe I tried didn't have a flat heel, but not a thin spike heel, either. Sort of in between, but I don't know what it's called.

I can see one killer trying to choke a struggling Michelle while the other is on the bed pounding on her with the shoe. Horrible scene to imagine.

--Jake

to be an accurate representation, someone would need to hit you full force
on the back of the head with the heel or toe of a shoe, jake.

that would hurt like the dickens and might kill you, so please do not attempt this at home.

and for that poor baby, i guess you could try having someone put a trash bag over your head, turn the lights out and suffocate you while
thrashing you around.

even then, the horror would not equal what that little boy went through. you might have to do your experiments in a swimming pool in total darkness with a surprise attack.

but i'm not sure that you would be able to survive and report back to us.

Glad you're catching up! Not true. But he would be a good guide.

--Jake

but what if he gets mad at a rafter for leaning the wrong way during a river bend?

ooh no., jake. i think he better do phone sales. i don't want anyone be subject to his wrath again.

That is so sad. We all think about horribly Michelle was murdered. We tend to forget about the suffering baby boy inside her, struggling for his life.

that sounds pretty ominous. i hope a person wasn't sunk to the bottom of Lake Wheeler along with the bloody evidence.

what was that saying, "Two can keep a secret if one is dead?"

I tend to agree. I don't think Jason should be dealing directly with the public at this point. Wouldn't be good for business either, I reckon.

  • #774
Of course not. But if other SWs exist, it means to me that police officers do have suspicions about others.

--Jake

there could be other sealed SWs. but i believe jason young's name appears on those search warrants.

I've thought of that too, many times. I did see an episode one time of CSI Miami where the murder weapon was a stiletto. I gotta tell you, I myself have worn many type shoes that serve as a weapon as well should the need arise. I doubt a shoe was used as the murder weapon in this case because I've never seen one heavy enough to do that kind of damage.

Nope, not ctv. I don't know that it is relevant, either. Statistics are useless to prove the specific.

--Jake

the leading cause of the death of pregnant women is MURDER
by the father of the baby.
the statistics are irrefutable on that.

but you are correct, jake; it takes just one man who kills one woman.
jason lynn young killed michelle marie fisher and son (s).

shoes as a murder weapon:

her students obtained their "ground pressures", to be compared with air pressure of about 14.7 pounds per square inch. Ann then pointed out that airline stewardesses don't wear high-heeled shoes on the planes, because they tend to punch through the floor, causing a potential loss of cabin pressure. Spiked heels are made with a rubber pad glued onto a steel spike, which is attached into the heel. She also indicated that high-heeled shoes are a potential murder weapon. Like the iron-capped heel of little Rhoda Penmark’s shoe in The Bad Seed, Millennium gives the heel of the woman’s shoe a duel meaning with respect to the Bundy murders because Mayer is holding it with his gloved hand.

Unfortunately, the statistics prove the Saint correct. This is referring to death by murder, and you will notice it did not say by husband or SO, but by the father of the baby.

During the SP case the most recent study at that time stated the same thing - except - the #1 cause of death of pregnant women was from medical complications of the woman due to pregnancy. That might still be the case and the author feels it is outside the realm of relavency in his article.

So it does open up another avenue that has been lightly touched on as it seems pretty light as far as reality goes. If Jason wasn't the father, it could leave the possibility open there is another man out there and he turned out to be a Hyde! But I don't think so after learning about Michelle and how she lived her life.

I think she was a total victim who had just recently realized before her untimely death that there was a possibility someone meant her harm. Why do I say that? Because that is the one main legal reason a judge would grant the unusual exception to the client/ Dr rule of privacy, and he did just that, ordering the therapists notes to be handed over to the prosecutor in charge of Michell's case.

It adds up to 2 + 2=4 to me. Scandi

Very interesting on the shoes Saint ;) From what we know Michelle wasn't wearing any but that doesn't mean she didn't have any close by that she may have wielded as a defense weapon herself. I'm really sure LE will know if it was a shoe involved in any part of that attack.

Yes, Scandi we did learn a lot that certainly opened my eyes during the Laci Peterson case about murdered pregnant women. A lot of posters following this case such as Jake would have no idea of that data. So much was brought out during that case, I know I certainly didn't know that info at the time. Now that I am aware it's something you can't help but notice. Much like the FBI info released during a rash of several pregnant women being murdered for the babies. Either cut out or newborn kidnappings, attacks on new mothers, etc.
