Yes, my friend has made it by the courthouse and has determined there are other warrants for which we have no information about. I have forwarded some dollars to get copies of what is significant.

Appreciate the offer but it is not necessary ! Inquiring minds want to know...so no problem. For some reason with the way this case has been to date and the fact that the media hasn't offered them - I don't suspect any great revelations will come of it but we might as well have a look.

Surely she would forever want her daughter connected to Jason since they were such a loving family. Maybe someone should contact them and give them a gentle reminder of the oversight?

RC, thanks for all the good work with the search warrants, I am anxiously awaiting their arrival. Will be interesting to see what else is out there. Any idea when these might be available? I have been patiently waiting for some new information.

Most of the other warrants in this case were not "returned" for nearly 2 months. I bet there will be an arrest soon and this warrant ends up being nothing but a hoax.

Hope you are right about the arrest portion, it's about time that there was some closure to this horrible tragedy. The warrants I was refering to were the ones mentioned in post 262, not the nonsense about the mallet. I don't think this has anything to do with the case.

ETA: Just want to see if JY's name is plastered all over these warrants just as the previous ones were. And see the infamous, "failure to cooperate" line again.

The mallet will probably end up belonging to a worker who made repairs on Birchleaf.

And the neighbor who found it was trying to do something nice by mowing the lawn. they did the right thing by turning the mallet over to LE.
