Up to now, I haven't asked that question. I have heard second hand that he has no clue, no idea, about the killer. Maybe I'll ask him directly.

--Jake

Jake! That would be the FIRST question I'd ask!

Well, it has been asked, and it has been answered, probably several times. But I haven't asked yet. When I ask, I believe I will have several theories to discuss with him. Some of these theories have come from this board and others.

Of course, the problem is, his attorney has told him to talk to no one about this matter.

True. But I would like to see the N&O reporters become INVESTIGATIVE reporters.

Tsk, Tsk, those mean old reporters still aren't doing what you want them to do? I'm sorry.

Still going for the "poisoned jury pool" and a change of venue?

Godspeed!

I agree, get it OUT of Wake County, send it to Johnson, Chatham or Alamance. Save the tax payers a ton of money. We like to move 'em in and out.

Thats good to hear. At least he is not trying to convict :behindbar MF like you and his sister Kim ("JTF") did.

Since he doesn't seem to have an alternate theory, maybe it's time for him to come forward and confess. After all, who else could have done it

I don't agree. I think Michelle was standing, facing her killer when he delivered the first blow. I think the strangling came later.

--Jake

I read often, but don't post a lot. However, the above quote caught my eye because I thought you had written that you thought it likely that she was killed by a woman or by more than one person. Do you now think the killer is a "he"?

I'm sorry for the death in you family.

  • #347
Ordinarily I would agree with you about keeping those memories alive. But in this situation, we will have to be guided by Cassie about what memories she keeps.

--Jake

If all vestiges of Michelle are removed from her life, Cassidy will be robbed of the memories she has of her mother. She's very young, and those memories have to be reinforced and cultivated in order to survive. It's cruel to take them from her. She'll feel the loss more as she grows up. I can't imagine why a father who loves her would want to hurt her in that manner.

Another "he" relevation...good observation.
Correct me if I'm wrong Jake. One of your other egos posted you thought Meredith was there with her African boyfriend. One time you said she was taking care of Cassidy and her friend killed Michelle. Another time you said both participated with 2 different weapons, one being a knife.

Good memory there, Barney.

Don't forget the neighborhood 🤬🤬🤬🤬(s) theory....
the unrequited lover theory....
the shoe as a weapon theory.....
the boyfriend theory.....
the rapist theory.....
the MF arrived early theory.....
the workplace killer theory.....
the Michelle-injured-her-killer theory......
the former-college-boyfriend theory......

I've probably missed some. Don't worry. I've got others.

Why don't you give it a try? You, your other egos, and other posters should expand your LE-induced tunnel vision. You see where it's got you and LE so far.

Don't know what you mean, Scout. No one will attempt to remove Cassie's loving memories of her mother. Nor will anyone try to reinforce any horrible memories she MIGHT have.

Thank you for your kind thought.

Over the last six months, I have proposed quite a few different theories. I try to avoid tunnel vision. I've even tried to see Jason as the killer.

LE's focus has nothing to do with my suspicion of Jason as the murderer. I hope and pray that "we" and LE will have the last laugh, Jake. I can't wait to hear what you, Jason and his family will say then. I feel certain that we will see a replay from Scott Peterson's family's scenario. ==> My son was framed! LE focused on my son from the beginning! He didn't do it! Wahwahwah... :boohoo:

Not necessary. The LE-induced tunnel vision allows me see perfectly clear.

Nope. Not trying to convict anyone. Alternate theory? How many have I given you so far? Let me count the ways....

Turn loose of your tunnel vision and give it a try.

By the way, I object to the awkward he/she construction. Being old- fashioned, I still sometimes use "he" as generic for male or female. Hope I don't offend anyone.

So, you refuse to consider other theories? OK. That's called tunnel vision.

By the way, I hope to hear nobody LAUGHING when this is over.

Look out for that bright light in the tunnel: it might be a train.
