Problem with this, there’s zero forensic evidence to support it
No. That was at the end of the restraint when paramedics were on scene.
(I haven’t read it, I have “obsessive link syndrome”, had to google...and post a link)Problem with this, there’s zero forensic evidence to support it
Oh HELLO.As you look at ex17 is this a trained technique when you were overseeing it
Witness it is not
We train conscious and non conscious neck restraint. What we train is one arm or two arm. I don’t know what kind of improvised position that it. It’s not what we trained
State rests
Was watching from my phone for a bit and not on here... am I wrong in thinking that Chauvin never really changed his position in the video though? I don't recall seeing him shift or move? am I wrong? Sorry, I don't have the time at the moment to go back and watch them.
I see they are showing this witness a photo, but isn't Nelson just going to show the same video showing he was on his shoulder blade? I wasn't watching as intently, so now I feel behind...![]()
(Yes.Mr Williams (?) the wrestler and mixed martial arts witness talked about Chauvin “shimmying,” or shifting that possibly increased pressure on Mr Floyd. He showed this happening on the video. But Chauvin stayed in the same place on Mr Floyd’s body.
I didn’t see the so-called “shoulder blade” position. He looked to be on Mr Floyd’s neck to me.
