“...positional asphyxia”.

HELLO.

Magz rests.

  • #362
Positional asphyxia is when you are unable to breathe

Asking about when you are supposed to put in recovery.

Same answer. Soon as possible.

Trained in this back as far as she has been employed. Her employment overlaps with defendent

“...positional asphyxia”.

HELLO.

Magz rests.

I have a problem with cop not rolling him to his side -
Failure to render aide isn’t Murder or even close though

Now we talking critical thinking circle

We have been round this circle a lot lol

  • #366
Fto training program highlights the circle and have to use it as part of the evaluation process

Now talking about rules applying to everyone...

Ex 17 being shown

  • #369
No. That was at the end of the restraint when paramedics were on scene.

Was watching from my phone for a bit and not on here... am I wrong in thinking that Chauvin never really changed his position in the video though? I don't recall seeing him shift or move? am I wrong? Sorry, I don't have the time at the moment to go back and watch them.

I see they are showing this witness a photo, but isn't Nelson just going to show the same video showing he was on his shoulder blade? I wasn't watching as intently, so now I feel behind...

As you look at ex17 is this a trained technique when you were overseeing it

Witness it is not

We train conscious and non conscious neck restraint. What we train is one arm or two arm. I don’t know what kind of improvised position that is.. It’s not what we trained

State rests

Nelson and Mr S having a convo and now

Take that back. We waiting on Nelso.

  • #372
Problem with this, there’s zero forensic evidence to support it
(I haven’t read it, I have “obsessive link syndrome”, had to google...and post a link)

(Eta Sorry for double post, got a little overworked there on Exhibit 17)

that’s what I’ve been saying.

Oh HELLO.

The “meat” and point of contention.

(EXHIBIT 17 folks, fighting tactics, you heard me call it before they did. They don’t pay me the big bucks for nothing, )

Mr Williams (?) the wrestler and mixed martial arts witness talked about Chauvin “shimmying,” or shifting that possibly increased pressure on Mr Floyd. He showed this happening on the video. But Chauvin stayed in the same place on Mr Floyd’s body.

I didn’t see the so-called “shoulder blade” position. He looked to be on Mr Floyd’s neck to me.

In service training Nelson says is worth 8 hour time

They do through multiple things

It varies in those 8 hours

Have you provided that list in regards to that search warrant that was issued to the police dept

Witness yes we have

S: Officer as you look at exhibit 17, is this a trained technique that's used by the Minneapolis Police Department...?
KB: It is not.
S: How does this differ [from the neck restraint policy]
KB: I don't know what kind of improvised position that is. So that's not what we train.
