Do we have confirmed the date and time when M was reported missing and by whom?

According to the Winona Police Department, Kingsbury was last seen at her home in Winona. She was supposed to show up for work that morning but didn’t. Numerous calls and messages from friends and family went unanswered.

Winona police said Kingsbury was supposed to pick her children up from daycare that afternoon but didn’t show up or make other arrangements. All of this is extremely out of character for her.

Since March 31, investigators have interviewed numerous people, including family and friends. Investigators have been canvassing neighborhoods, searching areas and attempting to collect any video surveillance that might give clues as to where Kingsbury or her van, a 2014 dark blue Chrysler Town and Country, may have traveled.

Recent developments led investigators to believe a van matching the description of Kingsbury’s was seen traveling from Winona to the eastern part of Fillmore County during the day on March 31.

Authorities are also asking residents and landowners to check for signs of a disturbance or other suspicious activity. Specifically looking for information during the timeframe of 8 a.m. on March 31 to 4 p.m. on April 1, along the Highway 43 corridor of Winona and Fillmore counties.

Who dropped them off at daycare that morning?

Typical?

I already don't like this story.

"Assisting the Winona Police Department in this investigation is the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Winona County Sheriff’s Office, Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office, Houston County Sheriff’s Office, members of the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team and many other agencies."

Wowzer! -- all these agencies, banding together. They will solve this "mystery."

Exactly what I was wondering. Also, do we know the ages of the children?

The timeframe of up to 4pm is not making much sense to me unless M was reported missing the day AFTER?

I believe she was reported missing on Sunday, hopefully a reporter confirms that soon (MOO).

Because recent developments have led investigators to believe a van matching the description of Madeline Kingsbury's van, was seen during the day on Friday, March 31, 2023, traveling (along the Highway 43 corridor) between Winona and the eastern part of Fillmore County. The 4 PM deadline is for 4 PM on Saturday, April 1, 2023.

Sunday 2 April? If that's confirmed, that would make it TWO days after when she was last seen in the morning of 31 March. :(

I must admit I always assumed she was reported straight away around 10:30a.m. on 31 Mar, that's why the 4p.m. timeframe wasn't making sense.

This is so :(

Thank you, it makes more sense now if it ends up confirmed that she was reported missing on 2 April and not 31 March.

So, I wonder who did pick up her children from daycare, I mean since she didn't show up?
[Edited to remove the quotes from around the phrase: "didn't show up"]

Take a look at the Police's FB page, the comments mention this.

My heart goes out to all of Maddi’s friends and family. As an MN’er, this hits close to home. I’m trying to remain hopeful for Maddi’s safe return (as I know we all are) ♥️

Do we have any timeline re: the van and it's location from daycare to home and beyond? We know where it ended up - at her home. But when did it arrive there? Per the county's request for video evidence of the van traveling on Hwy 43, post-Daycare drop-off... the van may not have returned home right away. So... I feel like we can assume it went from Daycare to another location and back to Maddi's house. Do we have any idea when the van was initially seen in her driveway post-daycare drop off? That might help narrow down the timeline.
