Just wanted to highlight from this article that paramedics arrived at 9:47am and began working on resuscitation efforts on Renee, she had a weak and erratic pulse. She was declared dead at 10:30am and they stopped their efforts. So she was alive for over 20 minutes after being shot and no aid was given to her immediately after the shooting, by ICE or any bystanders, even though there was a physician present and willing to assist.
