If there are allegations, though, it's on them to look into it though right? You have no idea if there is proof of bad acts if you never look.
Does that apply to any prior crimes, charges, interactions with police Michael may've had?

That's funny. But you're dad should have been hosting Christmas parties or something for them. After all, if they didn't arrest anyone, he wouldn't have had a job. Or at least a job doing criminal defense work. lol
Yet we are supposed to accept these "stories" as truth without a report to back them up?

In the espn show they never said he used cuss words or racial epithets or used any physical force. Just said he was 'aggressive.' Who wouldnt be?
And apparently the authorities are supposed to be mind readers, and address incidents that are never reported.
Whoa. Who said that?
Report about what? If he thinks he did not run the stop sign then you tell it to the judge. There is nothing to report to the FPD over whether he did or didnt run it.
If it is about the father, what is the complaint? The father admits he left his car, and was angry because neither he nor son believed he ran the stop sign. So use your imagination. How did that whole thing go down? The officer is running the license and another car comes around the corner and irate father comes out, demanding to know why his son is being pulled over. Does not matter if you are black, white or green, that is not going to fly. ANY FATHER that came out of his car questioning the stop, would be cuffed and sitting in the patrol car while things got sorted out. I don't see any basis for complaint.

Kinda not the point. On this occasion it is from the perspective of the kid and his dad. If they believe they were harassed in any way, is there any reason why they wouldn't have filed a report. I was suggesting that had they been listening to CMac, they might have heard a reason a report would not be filed. Whether there is merit to the complaint/report or not is irrelevant to that discussion.
It was broadcast on a show. I imagine it has been looked into by now.
Of course LE should follow up IF there are complaints of police harassment filed by a citizen. But OW didn't have any complaints.
Please tell us why there would be no report.
That's all I'm saying. Not sure why others are in a huff about it. Well, you said you imagine it has been looked into and I said I hope it's looked into or needs to be.
So only if there was a formal written complaint can it be considered a bad act? No bad acts go unreported?

Actually if it wasn't for the criminals he would be out of work. Not LE. So I guess the party should have been for them instead.
MOO
not as a juvie -- that's MO law
we already know of one crime committed on 9 Aug & one interaction with LE on 9 Aug that some choose not to take into account & still believe ODW should be sitting in jail without Due Process -- that is so scary to me
