He lists his concerns as:
a. "keeping Haleigh's face on the TV."
b. "and being sure that she is found."
c. "and whoever has done this to her - er ... is put away.

Interesting choice of words here. Not "whoever has taken her" or "whoever has her." He says "whoever has done this to her."

He hesitates for a split-second after he says it. Perhaps he realized he said something he shouldn't have?

Edited for clarification: "done this to her." What was done to her? All we know is that she's missing. We think someone might have her, might have taken her, might have done something with her, but to her?
(Either he knows something, or he's buying Misty's ideas that her brother or cousin could have assaulted Haleigh.)

That is what stood out to me in last nights show the most. I wanted to come in here first thing this morning to read the transcript to see if I heard what I that I heard and I did. He said he wanted to make sure that whoever had done this to her...is put away. Why did he say that? The truth will always reveal itself, no matter how hard you try to bury it.

He also made the statement that this should happen because "I need closure". WTH...HaLeigh could be suffering...HaLeigh could be dead...but YOU need closure.....that was it for me. In his mind this is not in any way about HaLeigh...it is all about Ronald L. Cummings. He knows exactly what happened to her...and IMO he is covering his own a** above all else.

I haven't had the time to back read yet, but are you saying people are now trying to make Tim Miller look bad for the sake of defending those two (Misty + Ron)?

Tim Miller has been all over the place saying that Misty requested these tests. Not him or MN...Misty. Why would Tim lie? He wouldn't.

Who should we believe, Misty or Tim? Hmmm..... it's kind of a no brainer if ya ask me.

R * M didn't want to return because of fear of wire-tapping, imo. RC needs the security of his GGMA. He can hide better with a guardian. To me, he exhibits many signs of paranoia, always has.

Guilt can make one paranoid. Regular usage of certain street drugs can make one paranoid.

IMO his paranoia is caused by both.

She certainly said it with much emphasis. Who could ever let a child sleep with a pee blanket, it's so disgusting, I would never sleep with a pee blanket myself, etc. She justified washing the blanket for so long and in so many words that it was like she was expecting someone would start to argue and contradict her that she shouldn't have washed the blanket. That's what it seemed like to me anyway. Too much information.

There is obviously something up with all the blanket stories.

And I also think it's her way of trying to convince people, "See what a good mommy I am?"

I thought that, too that she was either being defensive or she is lashing out at someone who let her sleep in dirty blankets as a little girl. Some of us who were abused and neglected are determined that we will never treat a child that way. Misty might have honestly tried to take good care of the children. But something bad happened that night. A good mother would tell the truth about that no matter what.
