Given that she is reportedly quite religious, it is hard to discern sometimes whether she is speaking of her mother in a spiritual sense.Savannah was remarkably composed there, and still optimistic that her mom is alive.
Regardless, she certainly wants her mother returned in whatever condition she is in.
I hope that happens but I fear that it will first require a voluntary admission/confession and/or involuntary capture/arrest and might even then be denied because NG's body is evidence of exactly what she suffered and right now the perpetrator has the advantage of denying LE that evidence.
