I would think so too, but that request and reason for denial hasn't been reported on that I've seen. Pretty crucial to report on it, because a denial says something in and of itself.
I wonder if LE released that dispatch call under the guise of a 911 call just to keep reporters at bay.

I don't know but I do listen to Brian every day and have heard him talk about other information people have tried to get so, as I said, am 100 confident 911 call has been requested. I do think the fact that Sheriff Nanos talked VERY uncomfortably about the crime scene (something in that house) that as is normal, the person who notified 911 would be top of list, so... I can just guess they'll be going with "investigation" reasons
