Could you please provide an actual link to source for the screenshot. Thanks !!
I did. I updated it. Realtor.com with the link to the house and you just got to the area that says improvements/permits. It shows all the permits since the house existed.

So because she had work done on her house one time that means... what exactly?

Good news is....if in fact the home used NEST cameras...they are only cloud based....they do not offer a SD card version.
Very good news.

Makes me think LE have someone in mind ?
Just a way to help in their investigation !
Imo.

If I was going to murder a family member, I would make it look like family member wandered away with door open. Then when media made that sound implausible, I would send in a fake ransom note asking for crypto because I’m too stupid to think it couldn’t be traced.

It was a Nest unit, I believe. :-)
Yes, the photo of the mounting bracket on Nancy's front door is from a Nest unit (battery version). I own a network of Ring cameras and used to own Nest cams.

Could that be for a more professional security system with cameras I wonder? We have a security system, but not a ring doorbell because our doorbell faces sideways and points to the neighbors house. We had an electrician come out to give us an estimate to move it, kind of pricey.
Could be. I was also wondering is this could be someone that could have cased the house prior to the event. People inside your house before something occurs you never know if they got an idea before it occurred.

There has been valuable information on pacemakers shared in this thread. I have a question regarding the automatic connection of a pacemaker to Wi-Fi when the wearer leaves their home. Does a pacemaker automatically connect to Wi-Fi at the destination location?

Also 9:30PM is a late time for an 84 year old woman to be out and about.
I thought that, too, but I guess it varies. I’m a lot younger and mostly fall asleep around 9:00. My late mother couldn’t make it past 8:00. But some elders are night owls. 🤷‍♀️

Imo it's possible the front door scene was not immediately discovered by family. When I visit my own mother, I never go in the front door. I go to the side door into the family room, and you can't see the ground at the front doorstep from there. If she was gone, I'd be more focused initially on looking inside the whole house, and then out back. The front formal entry wouldn't be high on my list of places mom might have gotten into trouble. Jmo.
I like this…because one might smear the blood drops on the ground if they just walked up to the door without looking down. The blood droplets were not walked on or through. Now IF they infact saw the blood and still hesitated to call police, especially if blood inside as well….thats a problem for me.

I think potentially it means that someone would have had access to her house to do work on it, and possibly it could theoretically mean that this person had access to her at some point. I'm thinking of Elizabeth Smart, whose family had people working on their home and then the unthinkable happened with someone who had done work for them ended up harming her. That's possibly the line of thought, IMO

The fact that she has a pacemaker is actually helpful.

The company should be able to remotely monitor her heart rhythm/data since her phone was left at the home (assuming she has the smartphone app) and share that info with LE.

JMO.
My mom has a pacemaker that is monitored by phone but she/we call in or accept a call from the monitoring company. I don’t think they can simply access her pacemaker for data at any moment, like if she was at dinner with friends. But hers is not new so I don’t know if newer pacemakers and/or AICD’s may have that capability.

I asked about this on an earlier post but don’t recall seeing anyone respond.

what Banfield put out is very risky and could really make her and her sources look bad.

I mean, AB's been around plenty long enough to know the legal ramifications of defamation/slander/libel.

Did she say qualify her statements about the SIL with "allegedly, reportedly" to cover herself?

If not, she must either really, really, really trust her source or be really, really, really desperate for cash, or both.

JMO.

Yes, but they are limited to 3 hours of cloud event recording unless they pay for the 30 day or 60 day plan subscription. It's interesting that the Sheriff says they are still waiting on Nest/Google to provide the footage. If Nancy was paying for a subscription I would think the family members would have access to it and be able to view the footage right away. I don't think many 84 year old disabled women are installing and setting up their own security cameras.

I thought i read the backdoor was broken like in forced entry? Not sure but if they didn't go through the front door but through the back door then surely they would have noticed such a thing?

Not everyone keeps the same hours, many are night owls
Seems so odd to dictate what is late to any age group?
I was about to say the same thing. My mom is 78 and she is just getting started at 930pm. She is up until at least 2am every night.

Savannah Guthrie’s sister and brother-in-law were photographed for the first time since her mom, Nancy Guthrie, disappeared from her home.

Annie Guthrie and Tommaso Cioni kept a low profile during their drive on Tuesday, in pictures obtained by Page Six.

Savannah’s sibling attempted to cover her face with a pink hoodie while leaving the couple’s Tucson, Ariz., residence.

Yea this is what I was thinking and meaning thank you for assisting to clarify. This does happen. People are hired and then take advantage of an opportunity. I just wasn’t sure if this was discused and found it possibly valuable.
