AB stated she had IMPECCABLE LE resources so going with that...
I don't think it's that she isn't necessarily incorrect....it's more that you don't do something like this when LE hasn't even broken it themselves.

Major ethical issue

Maybe the cardiologist could do a remote interrogation of her pacemaker and pinpointed her body to be near the property? If BIL involved perhaps it was for insurance monies... His home was pricey at 650k or so, on a teachers salary. I have a feeling she is buried close by... this is sad.
I'm still holding out hope someone still has Nancy

If someone known to her was on the way to her home to harm her, they'd probably leave their phone at home?
True. But they might not leave their vehicle home. And, sometimes what isn't there is just as important as what is.
Also, if more than 1 person was involved, there could be burner phones.

Where are we seeing the search at Annie’s house? TIA
IMO I think it was reported incorrectly by one post. Multiple posts are showing NG's house, not AG.

I lived in Tucson for years and have children that live there now, so I'm confused by the mentions of being rural and unpopulated.

Catalina Foothills is a suburb of the Tucson metropolitan area. I wouldn't consider it unpopulated, it's merely an upscale neighborhood at the base of the mountains with large desert lots, larger homes, and suburban. It's close to trails, resorts, golf, etc.

It's merely 7 miles from the University of Arizona which has 50,000 students.
I visited once and fell in love with the neighborhoods. Definitely well populated.

LE is who gave her the info, so if it shouldn’t have gone out it’s on them. That’s why I think it was done strategically.

The FBI is sending additional agents and experts to Pima County, Arizona, to help reinforce efforts on the ground and to aid local investigators in the apparent abduction of Nancy Guthrie, mom of "Today" show host Savannah Guthrie, sources told ABC News on Wednesday.

Among those being sent is a supervisor who will run a task force with experts in areas like hostage negotiation, data storage systems/networks and secure digital devices, the sources said.

hostage negotiation?
Maybe the ransom note is real?

No idea why they released the house back to the family already, does not look good for LE and now anything they find will be compromised.

hmmm "just doing follow up" days after releasing it back to the family. I think he is telling porkies here. Clearly something has happened for there to be that many officers there, dogs there again and crime scene tape back up.

LE bringing dogs is never a good thing.

AB sure got some views with that 'bombshell' from an 'impeccable source'.... as other's have said, if it's true, what a scoop for her new platform. I've always liked her, never thought of her as a reckless journalist. 🤷‍♀️

A few other posts within the last 15 mins or so also stated FBI was at AG's house and removed items from the home and put them in their SUV. Uncertain if that was stated here or on X. Things are moving QUITE rapidly!

This case is a really difficult one to follow - information keeps getting disclosed by either media sources or at the start the Sheriff himself.. then a few hours later getting took back.

Banfield is usually reliable and I just can’t see her posting that video without having a source - she will know all about the potential legal issues she could face. I think if the video was 100% untrue the Sheriff department would’ve come out last night stating it to be false or contacting Banfield to demand she removes it.

Whoa, Nancy Guthrie's property is back to being a crime scene and taped off!

So LE released the home too soon??

For pity's sake.
If they didn't have all the results/analysis back yet from digital and physical forensics, they should have maintained that property as a crime scene until they were confident they'd collected every bit of evidence they needed.

Who knows how many people have been tramping around there since.
We know reporters have been swarming all over it the past couple of days.

Good. Grief.

Hey. It's me again.
To answer some questions. YES, Ashleigh Banfield could end up being correct, but the fact that she literally changed her accusation from "he IS the prime suspect" to he MAY BE the prime suspect" within 10 seconds and LE has come out strongly against her statement, we felt the right thing to do was to remove the naming of this person and to stop direct speculation of their involvement.
Here is the link to the post that explains everything.

And maybe, even if the brother was suspicious of the BIL, he'd want to stay there to see what he could find out?
I know I'd do that.

FWIW I have my elderly mother's neighbors’ numbers as well. They have mine too.
For years I had my mom's neighbors number because it was the same number and neighbors as we had growing up. Once they both passed I didn't have any until one day my mom gave me the neighbor on the other side's number. Other than that, I didn't have her church family's numbers (and I assume they didn't have mine?).
