A WSer replied to me last night that he checks Pima County Jail every hour.....as of then, no news
Would authorities possibly keep the information private?

Police are often slow to name suspects or persons of interest to protect the integrity of ongoing investigations, avoid violating the privacy rights of innocent individuals, and ensure a fair trial. Early identification can jeopardize evidence collection, tip off suspects, or falsely defame individuals before sufficient evidence is gathered. Police typically wait until formal charges are filed or they have enough evidence to secure a conviction, avoiding premature naming.

AB crossed the line revealing what she did - when she did.

From what I've read so far NG pretty much depended upon the cane or a walker for mobility, is why it concerns me whether it was found in her home, or it went with her..
I’m positive that it was reported in the first few days that her cane was left behind but I can’t find that anywhere now

It sounds like flash photography.
No. There was a blue light and flashing intermittently. The background d was dark so they were photographing in the dark/blue light. I’ll see if I can find the video

I will say someone is doing a good job of keeping the whereabouts of the family unknown. Normally there are some sightings.
Isn't TC a middle school teacher? School personnel would know whether or not he was at school last week.

If that were the case, I think it would be an expensive and troublesome way to accomplish that goal in addition to exposing oneself to felony kidnapping charges and prison time.
yeah, i imagine if someone really wanted to keep SG from going to the olympics they could send her or her employer some scary threats about hurting her if she comes to italy that would make them not want to send her there! kidnapping (and possibly worse) someone’s mother to do that doesn’t just take so much more effort but is also a much bigger risk.

If she was taken by people whom she knew closely, she's alive in my opinion. If it was strangers, not likely.
I am concerned its the other way around . She could easily recognize voices, hands, clothes, even walk of people she knows. What are they supposed to do with her then?

I'm chatting with my best friend right now because her and I always get into these types of cases together. She is a defense attoryeny in Seattle. This was her thoughts and she made some good points especially about knowing about Nancy's pacemaker being connected to the watch!

If the call did go to the police about someone from the Church missing them considering she had not been for years...that possibly came from someone who knew her to know she attended remotely.

Possibly. We have a septic tank and it’s emptied every 3-5 years or so depending on how often our sons visit….jk:) Never once in 3 decades has anyone worn a mask of any type while pumping our tank. It always completely grosses me out!

oh I agree with this....
But all my service calls were just that--- service calls.
Not LE calls....

Racking my brain trying to think of what might still be traceable in the water or tank....

I agree, but I do wonder whether they phrased it that way to try to curb speculation that she's dead. Even if they know that she is dead maybe they just kind of wanted to not acknowledge that publicly yet for some reason.

The reason they picked the word “celebrate”, is because Nancy has passed. I could be wrong.
I agree “ celebrate with her” is awkward. I think this means they want her body back to have a proper funeral and body burial.

It's difficult to know without being close to anyone in the family, but what if AG is scared, not guilty. Could there be DV going on? Her body language appears unusual to some, I agree. It's such a major stressful situation and everyone reacts in their own way. But, what if she is scared for her own safety?
Good point. IF again I’m saying IF
NG’s disappearance is somehow linked to her SIL or her SIL’s acquaintance’s, AG would know what the people who took her mom are capable of and the consequences she would face for helping the investigation….

AG may be terrified.

They were busy making dinner. If he’s like most men I know, the SIL was grilling something and the wife making everything else. Maybe they were hooching it up a bit while cooking too. Easier to send for an uber and have everything ready when Mom arrived. Just a guess.

Amateur opinion and speculation

Still seems insensitive to me. And I have no idea if they were both cooking or grilling and too busy to assist her by picking her up. It wouldn't take them that long to manage picking her up. JMOO

Honestly, this is frankly insane that there is no real update a week after an 84 year old woman goes missing. Either a very complex case and they are taking time, or they are completely incompetent.

Has there been information about search warrants being filed?
Megyn Kelly said on one of her shows that her producers tried to pull a copy of the initial search warrant and that it was sealed so they couldn't.

Yes. Life isn’t always perfect little minutes and seconds.

I always think that if i was murdered or went missing, people would be totally stumped by timelines. I’m ADD and nothing i do makes sense 🤪
You should see me try to clean my house 🤦🏻‍♀️

For example, IF her phone was indeed in her car—

if it was me, there’d be a simple explanation—
i went to my car with my phone after being dropped off to get a seltzer water from a 12 pack that i still hadn’t taken out of my car from a Costco trip a week ago. When i was breaking the case open, i put my phone down and forgot to pick it back up. Once i was all comfy in bed, i realized i forgot my phone in my car and was too tired to go back out and get it.

Now, in reality, i would go and get my phone because i fall asleep playing zen word. But someone else all comfy might think meh I’ll get it on my way to church in the morning. I don’t need it.

Again this is if her phone really was in her car. No one has confirmed or denied this. They are being sketchy with the wording.
I have intense ADD and I am cracking up because this is SO true. Good luck figuring out my train of thought and my actions because *I* can't make sense of what I do half the time lol

I seriously think that Pima County is keeping the podcasters/reporters/media busy with these searches so they can do their real work behind the scenes.

I have seen a lot of people saying "would you/they pay ransom for the body"

But at that point, though I'm sure yes you would prefer to have the body returned, that isn't really what you're paying for. You're paying for certainty. Not having that, and going through the rest of your life without it, would truly be horrendous - that's the real high value thing here, not the body itself.
