IF TO was involved, perhaps AG was involved after the fact? Meaning, the crime had been committed, AG found out/was and is in shock but ultimately chose to protect the father of her child. At least for the time being..

Whatever your thoughts are on her, do we know why AB has been mum for days? Someone said she was gagged but that was unconfirmed. I wonder if she's chosen to remain silent, or been gagged, or her source was gagged? Just curious, because if she did have a LE source, I would imagine she would have otherwise unknown info (for better or worse)

She put out a podcast today she recorded Sunday night.

It was reported on FOX that they had consent warrants.
Those are different things. A consent search is when the occupant voluntarily agrees to a search of their property. A judicial search warrant is court-authorization for law enforcement officers to search the private property specified for the evidence specified. It establishes the parameters of the search and documents the findings. It helps protect the legal rights of the occupant. It helps ensure the admissibility of any evidence collected in future prosecution.

Has the 911 call to police been released? I suspect that if there was a ransom note that the caller would've stated that.

"Help! My Mom (or MIL) has been kidnapped! I have a ransom note!", etc.

I'm just using your post, not necessarily directed at you..

Every one keeps assuming her watch must have been on the charger. When Harvey has talked about the watch, he never mentions a charger, at all. It's quite possible she was wearing it and was made to take it off or was taken off of her.

Harvey Levin, love him or hate him, said that it was so very specific that he believes that its possible it's real and written by whoever took NG.

FYI: I wear my smart watch to bed, I have a pattern of when and where I charge it too, but it's during the day. My watch is so smart, it will tell me when it's just about that time for me to put it on the charger ;)
FWIW, I was referring to statement made previously, I think by Sheriff, that her watch was left charging, her wallet and cell left behind…early on this was said.

Doesn't make sense to me.

You can be a suspect and LE still ask for consent to search. You can be a suspect in an armed robbery and LE knock on your door and ask for consent. You say no and they detain you until the warrant is signed. That's pretty common practice.

I can't think of any reason LE would be searching a house, taking pics, and removing items if no one in that house was a suspect. That would be an unreasonable search and its frankly ludicrous a retired FBI agent would say someone isnt a suspect just because a warrant wasnt signed.
Enlarge your box, it could be someone other than AG/TC who has access to and knowledge of the homes. For example, do they have a private chef who cooks meals? Do they have a common housekeeper or landscaper?

If that’s the case there would be no danger of AG/TC rolling back on a consent to search.

Via Streetview, I also see what may be a traffic or public safety camera at the corner of Oracle and Orange Grove. Unconfirmed, MOO.
Even when I lived there 10+ years ago, most intersections with traffic lights had cameras. At one time you could view the cameras and sometimes archive footage for a month or so. About 15 years ago my friend got a ticket for running a red light (via a special red-light camera). He was able to find traffic cam footage that exhonorated him. But of course they did not make appealing it easy but he eventually got off. I have no idea if those cameras are still available.

She didn’t want to drive to her daughter’s house and took Uber instead?
It’s possible she’s comfortable driving during the day. She is the owner of a fairly recent model vehicle, I believe. She may have taken the Uber to AG’s house because she knew they’d finish late and she didn’t want to drive after dark. JMO

do we know for sure that it wasn't sent to the guthries or LE?
I would say 'we don't know'. Because if they had, would they tell us?

Has anyone checked the Sheriffs dept's spam folder?

She put out a podcast today she recorded Sunday night.
Do you happen to know if she confirmed her original "leak" about SIL being prime suspect? Or changed/added anything as from her LE source? I'm probably not going to listen to it, lol

Crazy thought but I wonder if they have thought about taking the watch around some of the areas to see if it picks up the pacemaker in case they can locate her this way?
-How far from the device does it connect?
-If, sadly, she has passed, is the pace maker still recording data and would it connect to an app?

It seems far fetched but I would say they are desperate at this point to find her. And obviously this would only work if she was still in the immediate area.
I think the distance depends on the specific pacemaker and app, but it would not be very far. As for if it would still record data… it would only record data while there is electrical activity within the heart, I would think BUT I’m not sure. That’s an interesting thought and question and something I hope they considered

As far as all the reporting goes it was sent directly to Tuscon TV stations including ABC affiliate KGUN and the CBS affiliate KOLD and TMZ. They have said so and the investigators never refuted this and Pima County investigators I believe confirmed this.

The last leak of the $6M ransom amount and conditions were by Tuscon ABC affiliate KGUN9 which was one of the recipients.

SG said in the first video "We too have heard the reports about a ransom letter in the media. As a family, we are doing everything that we can." She never said they got a note directly.

i'm aware of where it was sent initially. and i know what SG said. neither definitively prove that LE/family didn't receive one directly. especially if, from what IMO it seems like, the family worked with the FBI to make the first few videos (unsure about the last one). if FBI wasn't publicly stating they received a note, they wouldn't want the family to either.

The media outlets know what was said in the letters. They DID NOT know if that information was true or not, nor did they have the right to know and subsequently leak that information. LE flat out gave TMZ privleged information if what Levin says is true.

We still don't know if any of the note is true.. The police vaguely confirmed that some details may have matched the scene --which is a weal connection of proof as pointed out by many LE analysts (I still can't find one source that "confirms" that btw, anyone feel free to post otherwise), but we're not even definitely sure of that. All of Levin's other points including his silly radius map are speculation (which in his latest interviews he says they say they will return NG 12 hours after the bitcoin is deposited, which doesn't necessarily mean a 12 hour driving radius as he's basing it on).

With the latest pivots today, by Pima County Police saying they are exploring other leads, the FBI statement saying they don't believe the Guthrie's had any more communication with the alleged kidnappers, and SG's video plea now turning to the public, it may seem that they are abandoning the veracity of the ransom angle.

Maybe and this is just a MAYBE, since she was supposably long time friends with SG, Sg asked her to leave the investigation to the REAL experts. As far as I'm concerned AB doesn't need to profit off of a "very" good friend. Sometimes you have to draw the line. AB originally caused a big ruckus with her so called , bombshell.😢

Has anyone come to any conclusion about what the post ransom deadline means now?

This is what I said before, I don't really understand what significance the deadline has/had...
