the backpack has reflectors on the front of the straps, and two tone straps. a lot of packs I see on line have back reflectors....it also looks fairly new from the video. IMO. I have not found one with that reflector pattern online.

I don't know that the straps are actually two-tone in the Nest video. Remember that we are looking at a night vision/IR image which misrepresents colors and tonality.

Looks like the same guy to me. The jacket is the same. You can see the black line across the chest. The shoes are just in different lighting. I don’t know why he took the backpack off, but it’s the same guy, no backpack.

Agree... would it be better practices for the "staging area", if you will, to be elsewhere in these sort of cases? Not saying the SWAT team here is related to NG, but in theory
