If anyone knows of links to any online sites that have the coverage such as YT please link! I don't have TV stations

But in another interview on CNN she said "I don't know...Fed X." My thought is that he might work for a temp agency and works for multiple delivery companies.

Maybe he is the guy that had the Amazon uniform on caught trespassing that was posted by Pima Co Sherrif
OR possibly tells mom he works for Fed-ex as his reasoning for “working” in Tucson?

It's MSM and it's fine to post. Members just have to discuss what the MIL is saying. It's fine to question or comment on what is contained in the interview, but no direct accusations until there is some more information so we know what we are dealing with.
Okay! I will post when it's done uploading, then.

Thinking back to the security camera footage of the neighbor in Nancy’s neighborhood who had a trespasser… was the trespasser wearing a FedEx uniform or something similar?
No. It appears to be a soccer jersey.

Yes sorry I added to my previous post an ETA. It does sound like a 3rd party company that deals with multiple delivery companies.

*ETA from my earlier post: sorry she actually said he works in Tucson 'all week' delivering boxes for UPS and... he works for a company. You can call the company to see if he's working" something like that. So not directly working for UPS, but pehaps delivery in general.
UPS contracts for delivery via contractor in some locations

Barged in without a warrant...and even cuffed the son that was playing Nintendo who is not the subject of the investigation. Not good. If this is really the guy, it could hurt their case.
Are they somehow flying by CBP rules of being within 100 miles of the border not needing a warrant? Or whatever that legal caveat is?

Maybe they are making some reference to the video suspect having his gun hanging over his crotch, and a medieval "crotch shield" or codpiece?
Exactly. You worded better than I did....I didn't know what that medieval thing was called...LOL

The homeowner, when interviewed, stated that a warrant was not presented. Perhaps she is mistaken, but perhaps she isn't.

I apologize if this seems out of line, but considering that we have recently seen warrants are no longer deemed necessary for certain interventions, that might be the case here. If the tipster, for whatever reason, said it was in a home where an "illegal immigrant family" lives, a warrant might not have been used.

Until such a time as this is clarified, we have to give this woman the benefit of doubt. She claims to have no knowledge of the matter, and no NG hidden in her home (which was the reason given for the intervention).

In my opinion, we are all so intent on seeing a resolution to this matter that we are trying to identify people through name searches, news articles...I didn't think this was allowed. I thought that was frowned upon.

If I am mistaken, apologies for being "the wrong kind of stickler for detail", but this case now involves a very loaded aspect: the possibility that a POC is involved, and the current social climate in this nation is fraught enough already.

I suggest we take a step back and let LE do their job, identify if the person of interest should be charged with a crime, and then go from there.
Two things, I guess:

Police don't have to immediately present a search warrant to execute the search warrant. A copy just has to be left at the scene when done, at least in the federal system.

She also says in the article you posted that she consented to a search, regardless.

Show a photo of CP to the witness who said he saw the trespasser in NG's neighborhood, and see if you get a match

Can someone confirm that LE doesn't have to have a search warrant if they think someone's life is in imminent danger?

Wait. A van just happened to break down? Like, she hasn't seen the van in awhile and that was his excuse? FIND THAT VAN!

Not saying a name, but think people might have it wrong as we have a Sr, and Jr with the same name. Think younger.

I was thinking that same thing. It definitely looked like some sort of delivery best. Amazon or something.

One of the legal folks said they can enter without warrant under certain circumstances when there is an abduction. LE often cuffs other occupants while they secure the scene then release them fairly quickly.
I thought the MIL said in the interview I watched, that she gave them permission to search whatever they wanted, or something to that effect. Whether a warrant was obtained or not, wouldn't her permission grant them legal access?
