Appreciate this crypto breakdown as someone with no idea
I would just say this. It doesn’t take a lot of skill to ask for ransom via crypto. It take a lot of skill to not get caught.

Not suggesting the ransom note is/isn’t legitimate, but you could be dealing with someone who simply doesn’t understand crypto and ways it can be tracked. “Dude, we’ll just ask for it in crypto, they’ll never find us”

Yes, around 11:10am NG church buddies contacted Tucson daughter who lived 10 mins from NG house and waited for like an hour to report NG missing.
They reported her missing around five minutes.

It is stated in my previous link.

It’s hard to KEEP UP in this thread but can anyone please confirm if it truly took an hour for the family to report her missing to the police, even after seeing blood?
very first press con. it was almost an hour then second press con it was 7 minutes, After that nanos didn't talk much because he kept contradicting himself

Has anybody compared whether the guy detained is the guy from that video floating around earlier yesterday (where they thought there was a connection) where it appeared to be potentially a delivery man? I believe the man detained said he works for a delivery company

WATCH: Man detained by police in Nancy Guthrie search speaks to ABC15

So C thinks he may have been detained due to phone proximity. Potentially delivering packages in NG’s neighborhood. I wonder how they came to the conclusion that he was there around the time of the abduction.

C is obviously not the person in the video footage, they don’t have the same build. And I hope LE isn’t just going based off of phone pings because I’m sure the actual perp was savvy enough to turn theirs off or leave it at home for the crime.

I think this probably means she was at home, yes but not necessarily- the phone may have been elsewhere with Nancy and placed back at the home around/after its last connection. Unlikely though. I’m sure LE must have been able to trace the phone’s movements over the course of the evening.
I’ve heard it said before, but what does it mean that the app was “disconnected from her phone”? That she moved out of range of the phone/app? The app only works if near her?

Sorry about your Mom passing away. I don't think NG ever saw the creepo who disabled front door nest ring doorbell. I cannot explain the blood droplets but I truly believe NG never came home from dinner and game night.
Thank you, I miss her dearly and some days are still difficult.
I have thought about the theory that NG didn't make it home that night. But her phone should leave a location footprint. The pacemaker may have only shown a connection around 2am nightly. My mom's was that way, it uploaded information once a day and in the middle of the night. But mom's had a device connected to their landline. Nancy's must've been different from the sounds of it. But if family could have moved her phone and watch to align with the timeline we've seen. There's just so much missing information in my opinion.
Where is Nancy!?
All posts I add are just my opinion

As of this latest "Carlos" fiasco, I am pretty sure now that the kidnappers, unless they are unable to do so due to being under surveillance, have decided to dispose of Nancy, (if they even still had her), and cut their losses and disappear into Mexico. I doubt as of now, she will ever be found. This case is going to join the ranks of cold cases like the Ramsays.

She wasn’t dropped home at all and the video footage/ransom is staging. And yes, it’s someone she knows.

Thoughts?
I think unlikely but if this did happen, they would have to have Nancy with them in the vehicle when they came to the house as we know she must have been in close proximity to her phone at 2.28am when it last connected to the pacemaker. The perps are disabling the camera, breaking into the home (used her key maybe) then went back to the vehicle to grab the phone to plant it. Then drove Nancy to another location. I think this is a bit of a stretch.

They didn't look anything alike to me.

Ah. I remember reading that somewhere.

Let’s seperate and disregard the ransom demand for the time being, which has really been a major distraction.

Bizarre to me that it would take that long to report her missing, especially with the blood.

You get the word that your mum hasn’t arrived at church. You check her house and see she is missing and some obvious signs that something is very wrong.

It would not take an hour to contact the authorities unless you are covering something up or preparing for the performance of your life.

The random demand may be an unrelated opportunist, or a distraction.

This may be a very simple case, but so much noise…

Looks like we may have another dead end with the person that was detained. Seems like LE is digging for anything and everything because they don’t have any other leads at this moment. Everybody is watching this case, so the pressure must be intense to find NG & the perpetrator(s).

In this post, it says an investigator from Adult Protective Services left a card on the door of Nancy’s house.

This is the video from the new station with the card on the window.

His van “broke down” last Friday? I wonder when the suspicious white van in Nancy’s neighborhood was reported in the news. Ie. If someone’s vehicle is reported as being suspicious, it might make a person not want to drive it. Speculation only.
Give Carlos and his entire family their cellphones back. Police need to focus on NG activities the night of 1/3126. Carlos probably delivered packages to NG or something but he did not cause her disappearance and potential death

We still don't know the answer to that yet.

There was talk early on by the Sheriff of them being alerted at 11.

Then we have the Arizona DPS alert that states
"At approximately 12:15 on 02/01/2026, family was alerted that Nancy had not shown up for church."

Carlos, the guy who was detained. His MIL said he delivered packages in Tucson between M-F. I wonder where he stayed when he was in Tuscon or if he drove back every night. Maybe it is possible he delivered a package and his phone pinged at Circle K or pinged late at night near where Guthrie lived. I would hope the FBI wouldn't SWAT every single delivery driver who has been to Nancy's address.

I am genuinely curious now this proves she made it home? Can it not be disconnected remotely?
Think of it like a blue tooth speaker. It disconnects at a certain distance

No word on Uber driver. I still think its strange AG would not pick up NG for a dinner which was all of 10 min drive. Just bizarre
Maybe she didn’t want to be picked up. She’s an adult not a child and I’m sure having at least some agency over her life is important to her, even though she is elderly and has health issues. Why are people so hung up on the Uber?
