FBI search North Campbell Ave close to Nancy Guthrie's home in Tucson, AZ, on Wednesday 11th February.
Authorities confirmed they had recovered potentially key pieces of evidence, including a pair of black gloves

I don’t think it was a robbery, JMO.
I think the bag was full because of rope, gag, body bag, to get her out of the house more easily.
I’ve moved away from the ransom/ kidnapper theory. I think the ransom people were just opportunists. No proof of life, etc.
I think, someone wanted her gone, ( dead, sorry) but why?
If so, why not just murder her in the house and leave the body? Makes no sense to remove the body.

Bbm.

There's either something else LE are looking for, or maybe they're not satisfied with what was shown to them ?
Anything deleted that would have to be unearthed via a tech forensics specialist, etc. ?
Omo.

Yes!!! Does anyone know if there is a neighborhood Facebook group for the area?
Or maybe on the Nextdoor app?
Not sure if suggested already due to this fast moving thread.
IMO.

I've had a doorbell camara for years. After following this story I decided to start paying the monthly subscription fee.

Completely agree, FWIW.

This was not an abduction, IMO. It was likely a planned murder or intrusion gone bad for an unknown reason.

Either way, sadly I suspect NG died 2/1 early AM as I opined up thread. And porch-guy-fixer's job was to get rid of her body with stuff in his backpack.

Maybe there was a sick or evil plan that would ensure her kids would never know where their Mother ended up. Torture.

IOW, I'll be surprised if NG is found. All that ransom BS is likely just that. And unfortunately, IMO, its a sick distraction.

My speculation only.

They've gotta check it out. Otherwise defense would use it if or when this goes to trial.
Also, since this guy was out and about that evening, he may have noticed a vehicle or something helpful.

Excellent. Great idea. I hope they find her, or body( sorry). Take to all roadsides nearby, up into Catalina Hills, nearby desert just out of town.

This is from 9 days ago. What is a great idea?

I can’t imagine it’s very likely he would have seen something relevant 5+ miles away. That would be on the complete opposite side of town from me, for example.

Does not say when they were found in the home however. I’m posting this for the last time, as I don’t want to contribute to the volume in this thread. But here is the link.

Many homes have latex or nitrile gloves. I have several different boxes in my garage workshop including black ones.

Finding black disposable gloves alongside a suburban area along w/ other contractor trash is not uncommon. They blow out of the beds of pickup trucks and sail in the wind like tumbleweeds. But I get they still need to investigate all these hits.

If the criminal had any sense he'd plastic-bag his entire outfit and kit including the gloves and incinerate them that night in a burn-barrel or fire-pit.

I am definitely leaning towards this being a worker/landscaper or someone secondary who got a tip from them, who saw this elderly lady living alone in a dark, secluded neighborhood with a rich daughter as an opportunity. Someone working on the house would know some of the grounds and see how its isolated from neighbors and sight-lines but may not have used the front door (so didn't know there was a doorbell cam). The get-up and movements also point to entry level laborer to me as well. A trespasser on that property could linger for an hour and never get detected. A prime opportunity if someone ever worked the house and cased the area.

Since tracking dogs were used by LE over a week ago, hopefully they'll now bring in cadaver dogs as well, just in case NG was removed in a body bag.

I know we are not privy to all information but this case really feels like the people in charge have no idea what has gone on here and they are clutching at straws. I think the case has been botched from the start.

I feel it has become a circus and sometimes it’s easy to forget at the centre of this is a family who are missing their 84 year old mother.
Yup, media circus isn't the right word, it looks more like voyeurism.

If NG was removed in a body bag, can you explain the presence of the blood on the doorstep?

Somebody posted a Next Door of NG where she asks about security cameras.

I originally thought the man on the Ring camera in the neighborhood DID NOT look like the perp from the video, but to be honest upon taking a closer look and with the renewed timing explanation "from" TMZ, I'm not so sure and I think it doesn't have to be the SAME person. MOO

The backpack that the man lifts up is hard to see, but to me there's nothing that explicitly shows that it's NOT the Ozark Trails backpack in the NG Nest video. Unless you can see otherwise?
I also think there's a possibility that this man isn't the one on NG's Nest video but perhaps was an accomplice in with 1+ others (as the FBI has said they are looking into multiple people being involved).
Maybe he gave or took the backpack to/from the person we see in the NG Nest video (who in one of them DOES NOT have the backpack on - it's unclear to me whether that's before or after the other footage and I don't think specific timing of each was released, but let me know if I'm wrong).

Sorry I'm working as well so haven't screenshotted everything but if someone wants to I think that would be helpful to determine either way, or I can look later!
For those curious about route/timing, if you look back two posts of mine I have a screenshot of the route from the Ring camera footage to NG's (and the TMZ article).
You can see the Ozark Trail logo on the backpack in some of NG’s nest footage. That logo is missing from both of these backpacks. Additionally this guy’s jacket has a hood that is not present on the coat seen on the Nest footage either.
