I have never felt this was a kidnapping, this was either a burglary that turned to murder, or an intentional attack/murder, the video shows just how ridiculous the kidnapping theory is, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was opportunistic.

Video man IMO may never have intended to take away his victim, why was he carrying an extremely heavy, bulky backpack to then add on removing a victim, and taking victim to his car.

He had to have known the area as from maps it is not easy to navigate and it was nighttime so he has some familiarity to the area where NG lives, but I am on fence as to whether he knew who lived there.
Can someone recall discussion about track marks at the front of Nancy's home? I'm trying to find it in the thread, I think around the time someone brought up a wheelchair (which we are pretty certain Nancy wasn't using).

Could those marks be from a suitcase - maybe one of her suitcases is missing? Though still seems odd considering this with the blood trail given its likely she sneezed or coughed up that blood

Have you seen that video from Ring Neighbors?

That man looks similar to the POI in the videos released by LE imo.

Spotted by a neighbor's camera in Tucson on 01/23/26:
"This guy appeared in front yard about 3:30 am and then returned about 5:00 am. My dogs went crazy barking and thankfully spooked him away. I didn’t answer the door. Anyone else see him in area of 6th between Campbell and Tucson blvd?"
I think everyone needs to move from Tucson! What the heck is going on there? Random people wandering over property in the middle of the night, it seems to happen often based on these videos. Same guy, same group?

I don’t think I could live like that.

What doesn't add up is that family members went to the house to check on Nancy, if it was immediately obvious that Nancy was in danger because of the state of the house, then they wouldn't wait an hour to call 'law enforcement', they would call immediately. It sounds like it wasn't obvious, if it was obvious, then why did they wait? It doesn't take an hour to search a house if done 'methodically'.
They called within 5-7 mins of arriving at the house.

I am astounded that LE has not put up temporary fencing around NG property to stop people gaining access to the crime scene, fast forward to any trials that result from this crime and the defense has video after video of people wandering through the scene,
A delivery driver delivered pizzas to the door earlier in the week. I guess the reporters had called them in. WTAH?

Take off your glasses Jason. Let’s have a look at those eyes. Inserting yourself into the investigation? Kidding mostly.
There are some images of him floating around when he has removed the glasses! And the one of his hand with the large ring.

Edit - not him floating around, the images 😂

Sadly many cities are like that. I live in a large western US city and regularly have people on my cams doing all sorts of things to just sitting on my porch smoking to relieving themselves in my yard. I live in a relatively wealthy neighborhood. Not ritzy but very comfortable.

At this stage there are still pros and cons for any theory to be legit with the exception of Alien abduction.

24% is the number for violent crimes in general, but when you look at stranger abductions, the percentage is much lower (5%). when it comes to abductions, it’s much more common to see women kidnap their own children when they no longer have (full) custody.

personally, after seeing the way he moves, there is no doubt in my mind that this is a man

Perhaps she is all those things. However, LE did not officially release a sketch of the suspect. They have information about the suspect that this artist does not have. Her sketch will no doubt gain traction and very possibly in the wrong direction. Needed tips might not come in because the suspect could not look like this at all. She got ahead of her skis. IMO
I think so, yes.

A woman ,who has been identified, ordered the pizza as a kind gesture for one of the people reporting live. I saw it live as it happened .

By "down the road", they mean 6.6 miles. And he didn't break in. He was on their porch but I don't see that he attempted to enter their home.
Yes, thank you! I want to edit my post to delete the incorrect info because it could definitely cause confusion but I can’t for some reason so hopefully people see your response. I reported my post though so hopefully a mod sees that and deletes it!

This is an article from the Daily Beast, if true, is very concerning~~~
the article is behind a paywall
There are 2 sides to every story. While the Sheriff certainly has his own issues, it seems that whoever the FBI person, is who is complaining about the Sheriff and working hard to be act superior to the Sheriff, has their own issues.

Pima County and the Sheriff of Pima County has jurisdiction in this case. Sheriff wanted to use the same lab that they have been using to process the other evidence so it would all be centralized. FBI person wanted to use their labs. Sheriff gets to go with what he believes is best.

Neither this FBI person or the Sheriff are without fault, but there are many competent people from both sides working on the case. JMO

Yep, true. And yet she holds the world’s record for her 700+ identifications. Maybe she has some clairvoyance. Sorry, promise I don’t usually suggest such a thing but her record is remarkable. She’s not real confident on this one though.
In this case she’s likely doing more harm than good. Trash in equals trash out. You can’t make something that’s even remotely accurate while using an image with a mask that almost covers the entire face. And she even says herself that she is guessing. posted up thread.

It’s as bad as the people asking AI to remove the mask and then spreading it all over social media.

I posted it basically as a human interest type story, as it came up in my new feed.

For my part, I didn't think her sketch looked at all like what I myself had imagined.

Where would one move to?
A safe space doesn’t exist

I remember some brief discussion about a large ring being possibly identified in the camera footage. Did that ever get traction or any sort of real media attention?
