And he has access to many vehicles so evidence could be in any of them
I think NG was knocked out with a substance while at dinner. This is why theWhat is your opinion on why he was knocking?
Maybe knocking for his accomplice(s) who entered from the back door to let him in?
Me too. Why hold the yellow tarp up before opening the hatch unless you think there is something very sensitive in there?Waiting to hear. I have a bad feeling about what was found in the Range Rover.
What a loser. I hate it when people do this.![]()
Hawthorne man accused of sending fake ransom note to Guthrie family appears in Tucson federal court
A Hawthorne man accused of sending a fake ransom note connected to Nancy Guthrie's kidnapping case appeared in a Tucson federal courtroom on Thursday, according to federal investigators.abc7.com
Interesting. It has occurred to me that someone working at a dealership and having access to so many different vehicles to drive might explain why LE has never had a vehicle to look for.If this is the same Land Rover, it was not purchased recently and is still for sale. You can see the price history of it here on the CarFax website. The dealer, MG Motors lowered the price to $17,995 on February 3rd. Several days AFTER Nancy went missing.
2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport for sale in Tucson, AZ - CARFAX

Would be interesting to know where Nancy purchased her SUVAnd he works for the car dealership in question according to his facebook profile.
If it’s still showing on the dealers website perhaps he only purchased it in the past 24-48 hours. It could have been the dealers who called in the tip that lead to this. Someone dodgy paying in cash, looking shifty etc. MOO.
thank youCredit to @Mack the Knife for his excellent summary of a Fox10 Live Feed

- at 20:30 the sheriff’s office told media to go to a staging area to a press briefing but by 23:00 they were told they’d only be getting a written statement, and sources said that they were waiting for FBI approval of a statement
- Fox News reported two men and one of their mom’s were detained not arrested in connection to a search warrant, and reminded that while a search warrant is executed, it’s typical for residents to be detained for the duration
- The Range Rover has a yellow piece of paper (looks like from a legal pad) covering the license plate, under an MG Motors plastic license plate frame. No front license plate.
- Looks like the FBI is collecting the evidence (vs. sheriff)
- The way they’re talking about the three people detained, it seems like they’re saying they were all at the home where the warrant was being executed. There is, obviously, a vehicle (the Range Rover), and I’m aware of a guy with white pant legs who was obviously being detained in some way, so maybe that’s a source of confusion on the numbers? Possibly one of them (I’d guess the mother) wasn’t a target and was only detained for warrant execution?
- At 23:40 they show sheriff’s vehicles pulling out of their parking spots and pulling back in closer to the Range Rover
- At 23:53 they share the Sheriffs statement, which they apparently learned from twitter.
- At 23:53 LE put a yellow sheet up on the right rear of the Range Rover, covering as they opened the trunk. Fox 11 isn’t sure how they accessed the car, but a few minutes earlier the lights were flashing so I believe LE has the key fob
- At 23:55 they put up a sheet on the left rear side. It was uncovered for 2 minutes while the trunk was open
- At 23:57 they close the trunk and fold up the sheets
- At 00:00 Fox 11 believes LE is wrapping up in the Culver’s parking lot
- 00:09 the FBI tech is wiping then applying something to the seams of the car. I’m guessing he’s essentially “sealing” the doors
- 00:34 a tow truck pulls into the lot
- Camera zooms back in on the paper over the license plate. Looking at how wet that paper is now, I doubt it has been on there for very long. Driving with that in any sort of rain, it would disintegrate
- FBI takes pictures of the side of the vehicle up on the truck bed
- 00:53 tow truck drives away with the Range Rover and the LE vehicles all leave
- And with that, I’m back to present time
Try the post on the 6 FebI've been through that Instagram page several times and cannot see that range rover. I've tried Google lens with the image someone posted earlier as well but nothing. Guessing the photo has been taken down. Someone else asked what date it was posted and I haven't seen an answer
The first time I saw the video, my first thought was the brows. JMO I had/have a feeling that distinctive feature would be important to identification. Reminds me of the Idaho 4 perp (not gonna say his name) and the bushy brows being a feature that was zoomed in on.My first post on this but I've closely followed. Having looked at one particular clear photo of ZJ's face on Insta ( with their hand sort of resting on top of their head) and compared it to this screenshot from the porch video, I am sure this is the same person who was caught on camera at NG's house that night. The whole area around eyes, brows, chin, nose and face shape matches to me.
JMO

We don’t know.Who’s in custody? I don’t have time to read through everything
Not to get O/T, but how does someone "detained" in this situation manage to successfully take their own life (and with a gun, no less)?? jmoThere are quite a few news reports now that one of the apprehended shot themselves in the head, as witnessed by neighbours.
The craziness of seeing people get arrested by FBI is a story in itself, I don’t see how neighbours could be mistaken (or lie) about witnessing something like that.
It would be quite traumatic!
