A high-level source tells Fox News Digital that after last night's activity in Tucson the FBI is still waiting for the Pima County Sheriff's Department's lab results.
Hopefully when they do, results will shed some light.

David C., who lives next door to the home that investigators searched overnight, said the home’s owner told him that her son had been questioned and released and was now with friends.

The woman was home by herself when investigators showed up at about 6 p.m. Friday with a search warrant, Mr. C. said in an interview on his back patio on Saturday morning. She was not allowed to be inside her home as investigators searched, Mr. C. said, so the woman instead spent the night at Mr. C’s house.

It is unclear what drew dozens of law enforcement officials to the home late Friday, and the authorities said on Saturday that no one had been arrested.

sheriff admits it could take YEARS to find Savannah's abducted mother, 84, and says he is exhausted... Neighbor of home raided by Nancy Guthrie cops reveals who lives there via @DailyMail

He seems passive aggressive.

they’ll get this guy and it’s not going to take years. If it’s me I’m going door to door within a 2 mile radius. I’m going to the apartments a mile south. This is only if the tech and bio evidence doesn’t get me a jackpot.

Hey! I'm new here. Is anyone able to tell me if Nancy has been found yet?

Any thoughts on the TMZ 'ransom' note and the TMZ 'Info' note being
linked? I think they are both 'linked' i.e. I think something has gone wrong
with their initial 'plan' to kidnap NG, this may well be the 'back up plan'
just to get something.

Interesting that this does not say that those they detained were released-- only that they were not arrested. Could still be detained. You have to read for what it doesn't say as much as for what it does say.
New York Post said all 4 were released [link upthread]

I would think there would be more vetting of the tip. Again, feel sorry for anyone who even remotely resembles this perp.

Hoping and praying NG is found alive but I don't have much confidence in this SO.
The SO made some serious errors at the beginning of this case. They failed to protect the crime scene. There were a lot of complaints about time lost.
Now people want to spend more time to vet each tip. As I stated above, you need probable cause to get a search warrant.

The Burden of Proof for Establishing Probable Cause

The burden of proof for establishing probable cause does not demand absolute certainty or conclusive evidence of criminal activity. Rather, it requires a reasonable basis or suspicion backed by factual evidence that would lead a prudent person to believe that a crime has been, is being, or will be committed.

The facts and circumstances used to justify probable cause must be more than mere suspicion or hunches; they should be concrete and substantiated by observable evidence or reliable information. For instance, an officer witnessing a person actively engaging in a crime or possessing illegal contraband can constitute probable cause.

LE is evidently providing probable cause to the judges who are issuing these warrants. That would indicate to me that they are properly vetting those tips that have resulted in the police actions we have recently witnessed.

Here’s a compelling TMZ video of Harvey Levin and Merk Geragos discussing the case, where Levin gives a firm statement that he knows (his emphasis on that word) - "100%" - that the FBI is moving on the assumption that the ransom demand and kidnapper are from the same source, and are also very interested in the person wanting bitcoin reward for information about who did this. He also stated this in a Fox News interview this AM.

Well, hopefully these results will shed some light because the handling of this case has been a disappointment since the beginning and continues to remain just that.Instead of inept initial crime scene operations we now have extreme over reactions to possible suspects supposedly sorted from various tips and investigating. We remain in the dark as to what actually transpires during and after the actions of LE on these latest raids. After the first detainment ended so badly one would think LE would be sure before searching another home, but no, they went even deeper and more invasive to the occupants than they did with the first. With nothing to focus on they continued searching well into the night, for nothing. It should have become obvious pretty quickly that the people they detained weren't involved, yet LE continued on with their search to potentially include the medical examiner office. They should have just admitted they blew it again. SG needs to contact her government friend and get this investigation on track. Just call me disappointed. JMOO

I wonder if this hints at just because no one was arrested in last night's raid, that doesn't necessarily mean that LE / FBI won't return to make an arrest after the extra evidence that was gathered from the vehicle and residence has been tested. 🤔🤔🤔

That is the way I read it. They may need to process swabs, DNA and things like cell phone extractions which can take a really long time to go through when we have our life's history loaded on our phones.

Doesn’t look the same to me at all. Why do they even give this air play? I simply took the two images and put side by side from the article. Strap length different, angles at curve different.

All four people questioned last night have been released

edit: that's the actual headline, article like other sources says "3 people"

No one shot themselves in the head. There is no other mention on local news or the original station that quoted a "witness" saying so.

Criminal defense attorney Donna Rotunno said it is “strange” that multiple people have been detained in connection with Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance without any arrests being made.

“We saw this flurry of activity last night and then several hours later we find out that they brought people in and let them go,” Rotunno said. “That's strange actually.

Looks like Nanos is using the ole' map on the dartboard and detain 'em tactic. Bold move.

True, but no one knows for sure if she is dead or, if so, how long she has been dead. It's not like flipping a switch where as soon as someone dies, the smell appears.
Actually, as bodily fluids may release, it can be exactly instantaneous

Having a weapon in the holster could make a difference in some of those features IMO.
