I’m not clear what point you are trying to make.
Nest doorbells can indeed store up to an hour of video locally but if they are disconnected from the service then it never gets uploaded. The doorbell was removed by the perp and has yet to be found.
The video footage of the perp from the doorbell was uploaded to Google’s servers before it was disconnected, which is where it was recovered from in the end. It was not recovered from the device itself.
Also, there’s no evidence the WiFi was disabled.
