CHAPEL HILL, N.C. North Carolina police on Saturday released an ATM surveillance picture of a person of interest in the case of a slain student body president and said it appeared to be a random killing.
"This is our biggest break so far," Chapel Hill Police Chief Brian Curran said at a press conference of the picture, which was taken from an ATM surveillance camera.
Police were seeking to identify the person of interest, who allegedly used a financial transaction card belonging to Eve Carson, a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill student who was shot to death early Wednesday on a city street not far from campus.
wow!...shouldn't be real hard for someone to identify this guy, imo....great picture..
