Every time a body, or partial skeletal remains are found anywhere around Fayetteville, I get these mixed feelings, praying that Kelli has been finally found, and at the same time hoping in a way that it isn't her, because if it is her, what most of us have pretty much suspected since early on has become a reality. At this point, I don't think anyone will ever be charged in her disappearance and demise unless and until her body is found. If NH is the perp (and despite being voted most likely, I have just never been able to buy it), he obviously isn't talking, and if he isn't the perp, her remains could be in a location nowhere close to Fayetteville, for example, anywhere along I-95, and unless LE has lots they aren't sharing, their sights don't seem to be on other possible suspects. Whatever LE may have or not have, it is abundantly clear that they do not feel they have enough evidence to charge anyone at this point, and short of a sudden confession from someone, I don't see that changing, absent her body.
