I'm sure I won't be the only WS member that isn't comfortable with this. :sheesh:

I don't mind it, I think it has been established thus far that we are hearing from someone who was at the bar that evening.

Did Nick drive KB home in his vehicle, or in her car? Has LE confirmed this, or even that KB left the bar?

Good questions.

AND, actually did anyone witness Kelli getting into Nicks vehicle and actually leaving the bar.

VOH says NH drove KB home in his vehicle and that they were indeed seen leaving together. I don't recall is LE has confirmed. :twocents:

Again, I believe his story of dropping her off in front of the complex is just a ruse.Even if he didn't pick her up I believe he may have known where she lived and her comings and goings.

If Nicks car isn't impounded then there is not much of a case.

Nothing wrong with voices, that's just your mind working at a higher level.

Thanks but I'll disprove the last statement shorty, I'm sure.

Assuming he didn't take her to her apt. and he lied, what really happened?

It's reported he returned to froggy's 10-15 minutes after leaving with her. My question is (if true) When did he leave again after he returned?

So basically we don't have that she even left the bar verified by LE anywhere on record?

I understand that Froggy's has a mixture of clients, yet does a specific motorcycle club hang out there? Or just a mixture of folks who ride motorcycles?

If I remember we were told the Wingmen, which is, and I researched it, a motorcycle club in Fayetteville. But other mixture of folks probably hang out there as well.

We don't know enough. Did he drive KB home in her own car, drop her off, return to the bar, and get someone to drive his car, so he could drop off her car at her apt???? LE isn't telling us where KB's car was found.

This really bothers me

But, why would NH tell people that he took her home, putting himself as the last one who had seen her if she never left the bar? That doesn't make sense to me.

IF there were only 20 "regulars" in the bar coming and going on Friday night,... then I figure not many around at 0120 am. So, the police should be able to know who was still out after midnight and be able to interview them. For all we know, NH & KB left the bar and went to his tent or car, but she ever left the parking lot in the car while she was alive.... He may have put her in the trunk, tent or left her in the woods, returned to the bar saying he had just dropped her off, but really never left the lot. Anything could have happened, unless a witness actually saw NH & KB get into a car and leave the parking lot.

Did we ever hear if there were cameras at Froggy's? I doubt it but just curious.

Your right. And I've looked up Kelli last seen leaving Froggy Bottoms bar and it's in many media links, BUT there are also some that say last seen AT Froggy Bottoms bar. BUT, could people have overheard Nick SAY that he was taking Kelli home, and no one actually saw him get her into the car. If someone had overheard that he was going to, he would have had no choice but to tell that to LE. Am I making any sense?

It might be helpful to compile a list of what is known/verified as it appears questions are getting repeated and VOH's prior answers, along with what has been verified by LE, are either getting missed or forgotten.

If known/verified facts are maintained in a separate thread and an up to date list is maintained, that will serve as a reference point for everyone, whether they are new to the case or just can't remember.

I've seen this done in a couple other cases and it was immensely helpful in situations where a span of a few years occurred from initial crime to final verdict.

VOH told us no, not inside or out that they were aware of because LE had been in the bar and asked the same thing.

I'm guessing it's because people saw them leaving together, and he knew there was no getting around that. :moo:

You stated that much better than me lol. Thank you.

I believe that it was said the last time Kelli was seen by anyone other than Nick, she was walking out of the bar with him. I haven't heard anyone say that they saw her get in his car or if she did, which direction they drove. I think this is why the police have been so focused on the bar. There are no other witnesses that we know of, but Nick that actually saw her after she walked out of the bar.
