Update on earlier point related to KB's male friends as have been cited. I finally found a video interview with the friend that was her boss in FLA and the one trying to call her and noting that her cell seemed to be off and then later went to VM. He is on a video at Fox News - Fox & Friends dated April 19th. His name is John and full name given in the report.

So he is a different fella than the one named Justin that was in Froggys with Kelli - the one it is reported got the "got home safely" text. And while I was searching an interesting note is that on FB KB has 5 friends first name Justin.

HA! I just got back from doing the exact same thing. I just couldn't see that guy in the interview being Justin. Plus, he's married. That would be a little odd having a married friend of the opposite sex come to stay with you for a weekend. I was looking at all of their profiles on FB. Who knows if the friends real name is even Justin. The family seems to want to keep their friends out of it.

BBM: Woe, this post is to clarify related to Justin. I saw KB's friend from FL being interviewed on the news show and he was identified as KB's former boss at some place she worked (sorry cannot recall the establishment). I wish I had noted his name on the show interview. Is it your thinking that the interview fella is the same person (male friend) that NH described as meeting with K a few weeks back??

Does anyone know if the 2 male friends being discussed are in fact one in the same person?
I do no believe they are the same person. The guy in the interview said he met kelly when he was her boss at sonic.Kellys brother said she met justin in 1996 when her family moved to st.cloud

Lets play nice....

I don't ever remember hearing that Nick had a computer. I however know he did have a facebook, I figured he used the local library or such to access it.

He could access Facebook through his phone alone if he wanted. If his phone has wifi. He wouldn't need a computer.

From nursebeeme's link the part where KH's brother says:

"Everything was sitting like you would leave it and you were going to come back in a few hours or whatever," he said.

That must be what he was told by LE because he would not have been there when LE first entered and searched her apartment.

Regardless...I was wondering where it states that NH had a computer?

Please forgive me for I have misquoted (even though I didn't quote) VOH. Because I care about the truth, I just spent an hour looking for VOH's post that I thought I remembered stating that Nick had a computer. I was unable to find a post like that.

What I found (Thread 4, Post 182), by Muckrucker (man, that guy's trouble!!!! :what:), dialog referencing Nick having a FB page and inquiring if Nick had computer access, a computer, a TV, electricity, etc. - other peeps chimed in and someone asked the question if Froggy's has wifi/VOH said 'no' but that the jukebox has an Internet connection. Someone saw Nick's FB, which has been removed, so the assumption was he must have had a computer. Someone else said that he could have possibly used a computer at the library.

Yes, I believe them to be the same person. Justin said he met Kelli at work originally (the boss thing didn't stick with me but if it did you, he probably said it), that led to a friendship and that eventually Kelli got to know his wife too.

Later when I found out that Justin is the friend who was in Froggy's playing pool with Kelli when they met NH, I was sort of surprised. Not sure why.

I think they are two entirely separate individuals? Not positive.

Here's a link to the news broadcast with Kelli's work friend from Florida who explained his experiences in trying to reach her.
I should have gone to bed hours ago because I've been messing everything up around here.

The guy on the TV, who says he once worked with Kelli and that they are good friends - his name is John Barrati (sp).
I hope the above link works. If not, it can be found in Thread 2, post 438, from 4/20.

Now will somebody please explain who Justin is? I'm clueless.

Over and out for now. :banghead:

That's OK woebegone. I don't remember VOH ever saying that Nick had a computer either, but said VOH did say that NH had a a car and cell phone. Our memory fails us all at one time or another. All is forgiven!

From what I remember about NH's facebook page, he did not update it or post very often. It makes me think that he only had sporadic access to a computer, like at the library or from using a friends computer when available.

I don't know a lot about prepaid cell phone (if that is what NH had) but how much can you do with one. I know that you can make and receive calls and perhaps do some texting, but can you get one with internet access too? Just curios if anyone knows!! I don't know how Nick would have been able to get and/or keep a regular cell phone from any of the cell phone companies since he did not even have a address for them to send him a monthly bill at.

Chief Bergamine said that phone records showed her phone “pinging” to mobile phone towers on the North Ramsey Street and Interstate 295 corridor.

I went back and listened to Chief Bergamine's news conference again and the above is what he stated. Towers is plural. Perhaps I am confused about the location of her apartment but wouldn't that be moving away from it instead of going towards it?

Do any of your Android phones have removable batteries? Sorry, I am only familiar with the i-phone which does not have a removable battery (it requires special tools to remove and replace the battery) and am curios if the Androids are the same.

Her apartment and Froggys are located between both towers.
