See, Mike keeps saying that Kelli always wore her rings, and in almost every picture that she took or anyone took of her, she didn't have any rings on. From the JVM show.

I cannot judge off of her pictures, most you don't see her hand. Also, we don't know when they were taken, she has not been married that long.

Also, I cannot remember who it was posted, but they mentioned that the pic could be taken backwards, also mentioning where she normally parts her hair. So...we had a debate on this at my humble home. I believe the hand showing was her right hand, so we have no way of knowing if she had on her ring. My son brought something to my attention. look at the apple on the phone, the side the bite is out of the apple, it indicates that it was her right leg, even though it appears to be her left.

I am wondering if the picture that they showed of them together is older. It could be from before they were married. I wonder how long they have known each other? Mike looked authentic and sad. The tears in his eyes looked real.

I agree and JVM is just trying to add more drama to her show. The nerve of her asking MB that question as he is out searching for his wife.

Her husband says he believes she sent the pic to her sister
While much is made about the husband not calling over the weekend.Wondering why no mention of her sister trying to get a hold of her over the weekend. She seams to be the one that knew she was going out drinking that night.

Have there been any local news reports today, was ANYTHING found?

  • #227
Is there any after hours bars here in NC? Where Im from (which isnt that far). There is more then one place that you can go to when the bars close and still drink and party. Back home they are members only but if you just ask anyone at the door to help let you in then they will.
Is there a chance she could have been dropped off at one?

VOH,

If there is ever a trial in this case, do you have reason to believe you'd be called as a witness?

IDk. If I am, I will certain willingly do so. If I am not, and it is open to the public, which I doubt, I might go if my schedule allows.

I can't see another search being planned with the magnitude of the one today. As far as I'm concerned, they didn't utilize their resources wisely, and that is discouraging. Things need to change, and in a big way. I feel so very sorry for Kelli's family right now. They may always wonder, where she is. It's sad, and sorry.

Love that tune by my Toby "I Love This Bar"...don't love all of his work and haven't even heard all of it, yet...may never get to it...LOL...obviously it was a concept that TK found marketable enough to put to lyrics and music...

Oh, btw, was it on Froggy's jukebox...and how often did it play?

And then came 'Red Solo Cup'... ;)

(BBM)

What are you basing that on, Mia?

I am not Mia, but I can say the resources were unwisely used. It took way to long to get the search started, they overlapped areas, there was no organization of the event, and the team leaders (at least for our group) had no clue what they were doing.

My own opionion. These places had been searched before, most of them anyway. They had 500+ people today, and they went back over some of the same ground where nothing was found before. That isn't utilizing what resources available wisely to my way of thinking. The only other places that have been searched was the ponds because of the focus on Nick.

Every day that goes by, more and more evidence is exposed to the elements, and that doesn't bode well for Kelli, or her family. JMHO

It isn't the slightest bit uncommon not to find anything during searches. Not that we know if they found anything or not.

Terrain like that is incredibly hard to search, and weather conditions, scavengers and many other things can effect location of evidence and bodies. As well, even with that number of volunteers, we don't know if they managed to cover all planned grids today. There still could be a lot of spots in that area yet to cover. Better to go slowly, carefully and check thoroughly carefully than to rush and miss something critical.

New folks should read the story of how Tim Miller founded TES after his daughter went missing to truly understand how frustrating it can be. Or look at the Caylee Anthony case and learn exactly what it means when a perp says, "She's close by." Many dedicated and determined folks searched for little Caylee, but terrain and weather combined to keep her hidden longer than anyone would have liked.

I understand that it is hard not to become disheartened and disillusioned, but failure to find something during searches just means that they have to carry on - OR - that there was nothing there to find, and they adjust accordingly.

Keep the faith. In Kelli. In LE. In volunteers out there searching. In justice.
