JMO, maybe these stated times are just a general period that was determined from talking with people that were at FBs at the time based on their recall of timing that night.

It's sad that KB has not been located and so much time has passed.
I wonder if they have given up her apt.?
I wonder what current life for her husband is like these days?
I wonder what LE/detectives really know or are working on to locate KB?

Even though I'm reading WS on others gone missing (Mickey, Brittney) I always think about Kelli (and Holly) and check in to see if there are any developments. Certainly for their families the unknown is much tougher than the knowing. Prayers for them all.

BBM: But if you are going with general periods of time, wouldn't you say 12:45 and 1:30? Or, at least 1:25? I think 1:24 must be when the text that said 'got home safe' was sent? Right? Or? Then 12:46...this must be the time she left the bar/got in NH's car?

I also wonder about your other questions...

Sounds like it to me. It makes it even more interesting that they are questioning if people saw something around midnight.

I agree about the specific times mentioned, first time I heard that too. I still wonder if they think someone was outside of FB watching and waiting.

I agree andalso, the specific times are likely tied to something specific the investigators have in hand. Agree that using the exact times they are giving is a tight focus. Wondering if LE received some tip (maybe vague) and are trying to get confirmation, another witness or more specifics.

Thanks for the information sundrop, maybe the court matters will provide additional information on NH.

My random ponderings (MMO). Seems like LE has had time to get him to "break", if he is in fact guilty. But then again, if NH believes all evidence is so well hidden it will never be found -he feels confident in denials. While NH seems the "obvious perp" I still have the notion that he may be telling the truth about his contact with KB.
Hopefully time will tell.

Exact times would be easily obtained by LE based on last usage of cell phone and/or cell tower pings.

"And whatever happened to her happened between 12:46 a.m. and 1:24 a.m.," Locklear says, noting the last time her cell phone was activated on April 14

I realize that LE would easily attain the info...my point is this is the first time that LE has given out these times to the public.

:fence: yep, I am still up here on this fence.

This time period is so narrow, that fact alone....looks like NH is the one. Where is the evidence? Course, there were 2 full days before anyone knew she was missing and that is a lot of time to hide and cover things. But, is it possible someone was watching and waiting for her at the apt. complex. Still those 2 full days before anyone knew she had gone missing.
GGGGGGGGGGGGGG :banghead: Where is Kelli?

IMHO, someone who is a pedophile and decides to possibly assault or worse, may not have any issues with consciousness of guilt, that is, of course, if NH is the perpetrator. I think it could possibly be a psychopath at work if the region's series of homicides are connected if one considers the geographical and temporal similarities? But then again, each individual is different, so it wouldn't be fair to generalize the actual perpetrator as absent of having any moral compass. Just some fodder to ponder. I'm new, so stumbling my way through on my first try. Nice to meet such caring folks at this site.

:Welcome1: Cheeta Kat !!! to our little group!!!

Prayers are important and something we all can do toward locating Kelli and giving justice. These missing cases with multiple possibilities with a seeming lack of movement are sad and frustrating for her family, friends, law enfrorcement and community.

Sadly, it seems so many new folks go missing these days (kids & adults); some of the cases tend to fall into the shadows as more time passes (Kyron, Holly and others).

Thanks to WSers who continue to check-in with Kelli's Thread and prayers for answers and finding KB.

I believe it is SOP for law enforcement to not want family doing searches.

bbm

As it should be, IMO... J'Thoughts -- thanks for bringing this out.

What if one of the family members did find an item that turned out to pertain to the case? There might be whispers of its being planted to turn attention away from the family member who might be under suspicion, etc. That would be a tuff situation for all involved.

In another case in Cary, NC, a family member was allowed to search -- nothing of value was ever found, but the family member was eventually convicted of killing his wife...

In searching for NH's prison record I ran across the link about clothing being found possibly related to Kelli's case.

First, I don't recall 'bloody' ever being mentioned.
Second, I read recently that the khaki pants aren't related to this case - can anybody confirm if they ever even existed?

Here's the link to where the pants are first mentioned ~ the video is 2:37 min long; the reporter mentions the pants at the very end - not before the 2:30 min mark.

http://abclocal.go.com/wtvd/video?id=8626872

Too many cases so I'm trying to hold too many facts in my head - please remind me of when we were told anything about bloody anything in relation to Kelli's case. Thanks.

This video has been edited ,when it first aired it showed that reporting trying kind racing back to catch Nick before he left.

IMO the reason LE asked about the 12:00 time frame is because that is when they think NH and KB left FB.That would be the only way these 12:46 and 1:24 times make any sense. If you go by NH time frame that they did not leave FB till 1:00,1:30 that would mean she was still in the bar at 12:46.So are we suppose to believe she sent the text that she was getting a ride home at 12:46 from FB left the bar sometime after one got a ride home from NH got attacked by some random person who then went thru her cell phone found the getting a ride home message then thought to send the got home safe message in less than 24 minutes. If the 12:46 time was got home safe and the 1:24 was the last cell ping NH 1:00,1:30 time frame would also not add up.

Sorry for the typo. I meant 12:46. That time frame came from Det. Locklear in a recent article:

"And whatever happened to her happened between 12:46 a.m. and 1:24 a.m.," Locklear says, noting the last time her cell phone was activated on April 14"

I am curious as to where you got 12:57 from?

I have a hard time understanding how LE could pin the time she left the bar to the exact min.To me these exact min.time frames come from cell phone records.

Because she typed "Driving" text at 12:46 am and the last message was sent at 1:24 am

Now I am curious where "Driving" text came from.My memory of her family's press conference was the last two texts she sent was the "getting a ride home" and "got home safe"
