..what link are you using for these records?

..i would think you can post away, as these are public records, and these people are criminals.

Yes, they are public records. PublicData [dot] com

(Crossing my fingers there's nothing buried in PD's TOS that would prevent me from sharing them! Or WS's either. I didn't see anything specific.)

Before I post a comprehensive list, I will make an effort to see if each particular county involved hosts these records on their gov sites (for verification purposes).

I really disagree with this. He has been from all accounts by the police (other than one report from the Burke Sheriff who was just helping on the case) cooperating with them fully. He's been at each and every search. The candle light vigil and now the balloon release. I don't think he has anything to hide.... if he did he wouldn't be putting himself out there as much.

I feel the same way. I sure hope we're right in our feelings.

So nothing new, I'm gathering. I made it through thread 11. I was really hoping she'd be found by now...I just wish dad wasn't out doing what he wants. Who knows what evidence he might be getting rid of?

Trust me , he is NOT out there "doing what he wants". Police are watching his every single move. He's NOT destroying evidence ... they'd be all over him.

agatha,

You can post this info as long as you have a link to it as well. It can not be posted with out a working link. Thank you.

That footage is quit um... interesting. Circling cars around a tiny little tree even though there is only one reporter there? The cars covered nothing it just brought more attention. And the fact that they are having a "Memorial" so soon. Does anyone else feel they are trying to get in the lime light?

Why are these people not using the same power of gathering to pass out fliers. Rally for search teams to help LE. Have a VIGIL where they light candles and go on tv begging for her return or for people to please find her.

It's like that family is relishing more in the fact that she is passed then actually finding her. They want the sympathies of her being gone when I haven't seen them do anything to try and find her.

I don't like it one bit.

Yes, exactly. He does speak as someone with a head injury. or some type of brain trauma.
You're right on with the submissive/passive description also. Those features were right up EB's alley too, weren't they? Bet she saw him as someone she could easily manipulate and control.

To me he sounds like a normal everyday aussie. He was in Qld for some time and they speak slower up there with more of a drawl. I did think he had a stilted way of speaking but I thought that might be because he was choosing his words carefully. ( sorry if you think Queenslanders sound like they have a brain injury - a lot of Sydneysiders and Melbournians would find that quite funny and spot on)

For those on dial-up. The bottom picture is AB gathering stuff and the 2nd from the top is at the woodpile.

As I thought Adam is probably staying with AY and KR - looks like he is getting out or near their car.

I agree with you - but I wasn't going to say it first! :innocent:

Ahh, great! Thanks for informing me. :)

But.. :crosseyed: a site like PublicData requires a subscription to access the records pages.. therefore, I cannot exaclty provide a working link, correct? Or, does just linking to PublicData's web site qualify?

Sorry for the pesky questions. I just haven't participated a whole lot on WS until now - so still kinda a newb.

There are usually multiple searches running at the same time, so he couldn't have been at each and every one of them, but do we know what searches he has been at?

"Circling the wagons"? They must have been disappointed there was only one camera crew!

At public data (dot)com can you do an Australian record search? I have AB's date of birth if you need it. He made his page private today but luckily I remembered it - it was similar to EB's believe it or not.

I just can't believe that he would not STOP whatever he is doing for 15-20 mins in honour of his missing daughter!!

I can understand he may not be a sentimentalist or may not enjoy the cameras but it just seems disrespectful!

I am really suspicious and upset with him right now. It's crazy the police haven't arrested him and interrogated him yet. I don't think he'll hold up well under interrogation. Why not bring him in? Why allow to remain out and let him think he's getting away with this?

I think one reason they haven't arrested him yet is to see how he reacts when he is on searches with them and when they ask him questions. His responses to questions might be very different now than if he were in custody. Once he is arrested and asks for a lawyer, he is going to be more guarded under advice from his attorney. They probably figure that if the time comes and he is no longer useful they can arrest him, but what would they charge him with right now?

I'm sorry agatha but if we don't have a working link, it can't be posted. Great info, but I don't want you to go to all that work and then not be able to use it. {{{hugs}}}

Yeah, why is the same man saying he'll take Zahra back to Australia if found letting people do some kind of memorial to Zahra like it's no big deal? Which is it, Mr AB? Are you holding out hope she's alive or do you know she's dead?

I am really suspicious and upset with him right now. It's crazy the police haven't arrested him and interrogated him yet. I don't think he'll hold up well under interrogation. Why not bring him in? Why allow to remain out and let him think he's getting away with this?

I think the term memorial may have been the reporters choice. It doesn't seem like a memorial when they are writing "we miss you..... come home ... anyone with information ..... "

He may also have information from LE that has him believing one way or the other (ie; he knows in his mind that LE has solid reason to believe she'd dead but his heart wants to hold hope she's still alive).

I get a very easy feeling about AB and it's not at all suspicious. I'm usually a pretty good judge of people too. I would think it would be silly to think that police haven't interrogated him. He's spent hours and hours and hours with them over the last 4 days. They've pushed him hard for answers, that I can promise.

And finally, I think he's "allowed out" because they have no reason to believe he was involved.

The thing that really stood out to me that AB was likely NOT at all involved is that there are TONS of people coming forward with horror stories about EB.... including her own family. However, I haven't heard anyone who knew him say harsh things about AB. The fact that EB's FAMILY is standing beside him.... speaks volumes to me.

I think there is probably only some media confirmation of which searches he was specifically at.

And slightly O/T, but thank god they called back the media.

ETA: IMO, media is called to back off by LE when it has been either intrusive or destructive to an active investigation.

No, sorry. PD just has data from US gov sources. Some states include more comprehensive info than others.. it searches things like federal, state, and county-level public records, state business (incorporation) records, professional licenses, etc.

I actually haven't even searched it yet for AB's record history in the US yet. Hopefully I can get to that before terribly long.
