Frankly, I think many people do not believe the story and that’s why they aren’t helping. I think they believe they are on a wild goose chase and searching is fruitless because they don’t believe the child is there. Noema cannot turn this around because she’s already stated what she knows...which is basically nothing at all between when the kids got out of her car and when she found her little boy crying. I feel LE could easily throw out a carrot or 2 (such as where did the search dog lose the scent) to convince the public that Dulce was in fact at the park and did in fact drop off the face of the earth at this (unspecified as of now) exact location. That, in my opinion would renew public interest, restart a conversation and take the focus off of gossipy chatter and place focus back on Dulce where it should be. The hush-hush approach and the “no questions will be answered” response, to me, is off-putting. They have to get people to believe in what they are buying into. Right now, all the public knows for sure is that this little child is missing. That’s it. IMO
