I wonder if rhey quit searching the pond during the night.....

This is HORRIBLE. There are only 3 possible scenarios. Someone may have kidnapped him and if they did they are a good distance from that park by now (they could have grabbed him really quick and put him in their motor home, camper, van, or SUV and have left so quick that no one even noticed). Or he could still be there maybe even in the pond, but I HOPE not. It is also possible that something had already happened to him and his mother is using the park as an excuse. I HOPE not in that situation either. I DO HOPE they find him asap, and hope that he is found safe.

Las Vegas police investigate case of missing 3-year-old boy as homicide

According to search crews, Theriot’s mother was with him at the park. She told police she looked away for a second, then couldn’t find him.
