Baby murderers don’t do well in prison. Good think she is so cute.

MOO
she actually isn't cute at all. she is expressionless, her eyes look dead to me and she is evil on the inside and not who she pretends to be

Sorry but this makes me so angry. A sweet baby killed for the sake of a cheerleader’s vanity.

Awaiting the jury. Judge Donald Oda II indicates three witnesses have requested not to be filmed during testimony. That was granted.
@journalnews

"I am literally speechless with how happy I am my belly is back OMG ... "a text sent by Richardson to her mother hours after she murdered her baby, according to Assst. Prosecutor Steve Knippen during openings
@journalnews

While she was exited were something cute and get her body back, Brooke's baby's body was decomposing in the ground, Knippen says.
@journalnews

In Aug. 2016 Brooke had sex with a boy from West Carrollton, Knippen says.
@journalnews
Wow! She sounds really broken up about just delivering a stillborn baby ! Hmm... and I thought her parents “didn’t know”.....
This is making a lot more sense with why they are charging her. Also the “researching how to get rid of a baby online”. I wonder when that search was done.

I have looked at pretty much all of the articles, i still don't see any evidence that baby was born healthy and murdered. Only the prosecutor stating that she murdered and burned her baby, which we now know not to be true. I have said previously that it is possible the baby was born alive, babies born alive and unresponsive can appear lifeless. A team of medical professionals in a hospital had trouble detecting my son's heartbeat. I have presented a number of scenarios in which baby could have been born alive and passed shortly after, placenta complications, cord prolapse, lack of oxygen, blood loss, head injury from birthing on a hard surface...i could continue.

I have asked a number of times for you to reason why you feel how you do based on the evidence and you haven't given me a response. As i said earlier, I'm happy to converse with anyone regardless of differing opinion and i will concede to any evidence that proves her guilt. I'm getting dizzy...
Well it was presented that she said the baby moved, breathed, and cried. For about 5 minutes then she squeezed it too hard.

I think she’s medicated.

I agree. She was visibly shaking all day yesterday during jury selection. Today, no shaking or emotion at all.

Yes it was, today. Not when I wrote that post many, many weeks ago! I have said repeatedly that I am open to all of the evidence and I won't form an opinion until I have heard it. That remains the case. I'm unsure why you feel the need to point score? I find these boards are becoming disrespectful towards anyone who presents an alternate point of view.

"She broke into tears ... she said she could not have a baby," Andrew said when he told Richardson she was pregnant.

@journalnews

Andrew used a Fundal height measure to evaluate Richardson's baby.
@journalnews

The Doc concluded the test indicated she was about 32 weeks pregnant.
@journalnews

This is still the Defense Opening statements. I am catching up.

She names her baby Annabelle. Takes the baby outside, buries her in a shallow grave, and put flowers on top. "She didn't throw her in a trash can. She didn't put her in a Dumpster."
@journalnews

Jury is now being shown interrogation tape of Richardson
@journalnews

The Warren County Sheriff's detective summerizes the statement. There is no arrest.
@journalnews

Rittgers says then comes "the mistake" by prosecution's witness who says the baby was burned. There is a difference in burying a baby and burning a baby. So detectives go back to get a confession.
@journalnews

Rittgers says the detectives make Richardson vunerable telling her the doctors are "sifting an poking Annabelle" and that the family won't get the baby's remains back.
@journalnews

Rittgers says, At the time of the interrogation, every time Richardson give the detectives "their truth" she is getting closer to having her baby returned to her family.
